The man is completely unprofessional and inconsiderate about his customers. I wasn't surprised when i saw how low the rating was. Don't waste your money here. Not even just the horrible service, the yogurt is extremely nasty. It’s very watery and has no flavour. I do not recommend, save your money!

this place is AWFUL. the guy working there is horrible, i accidentally spilled a drop of the frozen yogurt into the bottom and he demanded i paid 5 dollars for the miniature drop. we left a generous one dollar tip in the box even after the treatment we encountered and walked away. he RAN after us yelling something inaudible and pulled my 13 year old friend by the shirt and accused her of stealing his money..please do not give this business a cent out of your wallet.

guy's a bit rude. If you dont like your job, don't take it out on customers. I asked for change for a $5 for the massage chairs but he flat out said no then turned away from me. So I asked if I could order something first so I could get change back. Dude shrugged his shoulders and didn't look back up even though he heard me. So not only did he refuse to give me change (which was fine), but now he was refusing to even serve me. I didnt even want to use the massage chairs anymore because they were so close to this shop and I didnt want to look at him anymore, either.

I see this place getting more one star reviews than I can count. The owner doesn’t understand English very well, but his (daughter?) is usually there to help. I find the ice cream to be pretty good, and it is convenient. One star off because the topping bar has recently closed and in my latest experience I got water ice cream.

Yogurt was disgusting even my son said so and all kids always like. Sorry I wasted 14.30 just to throw it in the garbage. Told disgusting manager he didn’t care. I will never go there again

This place sells great Frozen Yogurt with topping, and it is also self-serve. Not only that, but they have delicious Drinks like Bubble Tea! You should definitely go check this place out!
