Bill & Harrys is the best Chinese food I’ve had in Essex County . It’s our go-to when we are home and it’s comfort food that is authentically Chinatown flavor and Jersey style.

Our quest for a great dine-in Chinese restaurant continues so we decided to try Bill & Harry’s. My wife and I both started with egg rolls. They were ok, but not the big, fat, deep fried version I recall from my childhood in NYC. I also tried the wonton soup. The broth was good, but it only had two skimpy, but tasty, wontons. The soup had scallions, but no pork slivers. For a main course my wife had sesame chicken which she really enjoyed. It was served with steam broccoli....

I don’t care what anybody else says. It was excellent! 5 of us went and 5 of us loved it.
Amazing. Noodles and tea just like the good ole days!
And the service was great. This woman working there was all over our table and the others.
I felt like it was an Italian restaurant with Nonna serving us!!
