We had such a great time at this Chuck E. Cheese! I really love the setup—the downstairs area is perfect for the little ones, while the upstairs has more of a teen/adult vibe with games everyone can enjoy. I also LOVE the new card options where you can choose between timed play or points. It makes playing so much easier and gives you options depending on how you want to enjoy your visit. Overall, we had a great time, lots of fun, and we’ll definitely be back!
Celebrated my son’s birthday here the staff was so attentive and friendly. Great location great staff thank you . I love the 2 floors, very spacious. Plenty of parking.
The party was fun because of its attendees! When it comes to the staff, I will say a lot of them were super young and very new to the job. Chuck E. Cheese is a remodeled restaurant that offers a clean and well-kept environment. The staff is polite, helpful, and hard-working, ensuring a pleasant experience. The pizza, although not pizzeria-style, is surprisingly good. The party package includes unlimited game play for two hours, making it a hit with both kids and adults. One customer appreciated the impressive customer service when a pizza order mix-up occurred. The arcade games are spread over two floors, providing a decent selection for entertainment. The location is spacious and features a second floor with some games for older kids. Despite some minor issues like parking, which involves a short walk from a shared parking deck, the overall experience remains positive. The food smells good, and the staff's courtesy and attentiveness stood out. Prices may be considered a bit on the high side, but coupons available on the website can help with costs. Overall, Chuck E. Cheese offers a solid experience, especially for families with young children who enjoy arcade games and a fun atmosphere. The excellent service and variety of activities make it a recommended place for celebrations and family outings.
