“Not sure if this message will meet the right people, but I went to the event today (4/25) for the grand reopening. Was one of the first 10 people in line and everything went smoothly it was awesome and I got my years worth of coffee! And then I lost the coupon book within 10 minutes. My own mistake, I know. But I CANNOT believe it, I went back in and they actually replaced it. I didn’t catch their names but they were running the event I believe, a man with light hair in a blue sweater and the woman had shorter brown hair with a pink shirt on. They were so kind and compassionate. They really made my day and I’d love if they were able to see this message.“
“Nice seating to enjoy your hot drink and warm up after having to spend over an hour in the rain at a kids soccer game. Made drink quickly and got everything right. Nothing complicated. Seating area could have been cleaned better between customers.“
“This is one of my favorite Dunkin locations (and I've been to a LOT ?). Everyone who works here is so nice and they kindly bring out my food when I order curbside delivery. They also are really nice to Harley (dog in the video) too and give him munchkins and/or pup cups with whipped cream when we come in. I love coming here on my walks with Harley so I can get an iced coffee, latte, or something and Harley can have a treat too!“
