Dunkin' Donuts in Parsippany Troy Hills

“The workers were very nice. Unfortunately the matcha that I bought looked like it barely had enough matcha powder in it. It just tasted like sugar water. Not to be rude, but for $6, It'd be nice to have the right amount. Sadly, it seemed like the workers were having a bit of a challenge. I didn't understand why until after I walked away with my drink. I feel bad and don't want them to get in trouble, but I also don't want to waste my money...“

“They have recently been under new ownership, and while I've enjoyed the way it was previously ran, it is even better now! Staff is super friendly and always greeting me with a smile. I also have to say THANK YOU for always getting my coffee just right! Some other Dunkins don't make it the same way every visit, but this one makes it correctly every single time. Make this Dunkin your main one, you will not regret it!“

“Donuts and munchkins are hugeee! And such good quality. The coffees tasted amazing. The man working forgot the cold foam we ordered but was the only one working, quickly fixed when he noticed and was sooo kind and polite the whole time. He even threw in extra food for the error. Amazing service!“

“I see this Dunkin has gotten some pretty bad reviews, but my experience was completely opposite. We stopped in early in the morning before hitting the road on vacation. Yes, the staff was Indian but had no issues with them speaking English and they were extremely nice. They even gave our 7 year old some free munchkins before we even placed our order. \nI normally would not review a Dunkin Donuts, but I distinctly remember telling my wife how polite they were as we walked out and then seeing the bad reviews on here I felt the need to comment.“

“Every morning when I stop by this Dunkin’, the service is always fast and super friendly. Kymyd makes my brown sugar double espresso with cookie butter cold foam perfectly—the best one I’ve ever had! The whole team is super nice. Highly recommend this location!“
