Penang Malaysian and Thai Cuisine

Our friends were keen to bring us here and they have used the restaurant a lot over the years. The starters were really good and very authentic in terms of taste for what you'd get in Malaysia but unfortunately the main courses had been adjusted to suit a western palate and were a bit disappointing. Main course portion sizes were too large and consequently we effectively over ordered and left some of the food. The staff were very friendly. Prices were reasonable.

Super delicious food. The squid cooked was heavenly, very tender and well seasoned. Same thing with chicken. Nice and courteous service.

Service was great. Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy 2 of the 4 dishes we ordered today. The fried rice noodles with salted fish was the worst I’ve had, it had no aroma of the salted fish and the noodles were too wet. Definitely not worth $16.99. The honey squid which I saw so many pictures of were a major let down as well, it was super super deep fried, so there was no chew to the squid. The waiter did warn us it would be crispy though, I just thought it would be crispy like fried calamari, not crispy like fried pork rinds. The roti canai was good but the curry it came with was too watered down. The mee goreng was good but came with only 3 shrimps, the rest were tofu and potatoes and wasn’t spicy enough. They also did not have belacan. I guess I have to go to NY chinatown for good malaysian food.

I'm sure the food is great when dining there, but forget ordering to be delivered. There's always something from your missing. if you order thru door dash, it makes it more difficult to get a credit back. so just decline the charge thru your bank. Absolutely TERRIBLE

Called to place order. Cash register lady would not give me mango sauce on the side when I ordered chili chicken. I even offered to pay for the sauce but she refused to sell it to me when I asked why she said u can only get mango sauce if u order mango chicken. Needless to say I did not order anything and probably will never again. There’s many Thai places in this area.

Good Thai food. Tasted good and service was good as well. Ambiance was excellent. Highly recommend the Roti Canai, Drunken Noodles, Thai Iced Tea, and Coconut Fried Rice.

Best Malaysian food I ever had. It was so flavorful and tasty. Roti canai and lettuce wrap was very delicious. Must try. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back.

Solid one star. especially after being loyal customers for over 5 years. Today was a letdown—rice had a dish-cleaning smell…really disgusting. Besides, they raised the prices on most of dishes from $15.99-16.99 to $20.99. That’s okay. But with this quality of food…very disappointing

Yikes, I love this place!! I come here with my friend Michael every time I visit New Jersey from Florida. It is always a positive and delicious experience. The service is excellent too. I can't wait for a return visit.
