Someone told me they had really good fried fish so I had to check it out!! Turns out it really is good! I got a 3 piece whiting with rice and a can of soda it came with bread and coleslaw it was under $12!! amazing deal! My one negative is that I bit into the fish and I had a bunch of bones in my mouth but it wasn't throughout the whole fish. Would definitely return

Food was a good price but was not good at all, fries tasted old, shrimp overcooked and the fish was blah smh lady told me 6 minutes for my order. I waited for about 25 minutes. They have people that don’t work there just chilling in the kitchen area around the food which i find unsanitary. I attempted to call in but they told me they dont take seafood orders over the phone and if i placed the order online i still would have to wait as they would not make the food until i was there smh not accommodating in any way won’t be going back to this location as my experience was not a favorable one!

No point in calling in an order if it’s not going to be ready. Poor customer service when you tell them you called ahead because you’re in a rush. It’s not up to you if I have to warm my food up when I get to my destination it’s up to me the paying customer. Well the once paying customer-NEVER AGAIN!!!

I use to really like this place, but now they’re constantly missing my orders when I order an Uber Eats and then when I call, they tell me I could come pick it up, like if I wanted to pick it up, I wouldn’t have placed an order through Uber Eats.
Hadn't been to ambassador location since covid but I was in area and decided to stop in. Food was sooo delicious and fresh that I had to return 3 more times in the same week. Lol. The young lady at the counter was super nice and made the 15 minute wait enjoyable. Will definitely be back more since it's football season!!!!

The food is never ready when it’s supposed to be. They give you a time, you get there at that time, and it’s still a 10-minute wait…and they don’t care, that’s the worst part. My confirmation said the order would be ready at 7:41pm, I got here at 7:46, they told me 6-minutes. It’s now 8:02pm and I’m still waiting. Golden Wings has better service and food.
