Called because I never received my confirmation text after ordering online. I was on hold for over 10 min while the person who answered tended to other orders, ultimately forgetting about me. Tried calling back, calls went unanswered. Had a friend call, they answered immediately, and we received the confirmation text shortly after. We opted for curbside pickup, but when I called, the same person that forgot about me on the phone told me "ok, can you come inside?" What's the point of "curbside?"

Do not order for delivery. We ordered dinner at about 6:30pm. We got it at noon the next day. It was delicious, but 18 hours is a long time to wait for dinner.

Food trucks can hit the spot but the atmosphere for cuz it's a food truck but you find the right one in the right location or does you justice late night after the party or the club Yum Yum Yum get me

Was there a week ago 10 -30-2023 very disappointed to see no one wore gloves. Young lady at counter all in her pocketbook , rub lip gloss on her lips then continued to wait on people. No gloves!!! Also the food was horrible! Refried no taste the fish and the chicken. Will never go there again and will tell friends.

As of lately, they're clearly falling off with the size and chickens and the seasonings

I usually go there for the catfish dinner. I've been pleased most times but lately, I've gotten disappointed because they keep forgetting to add the coleslaw on the side. When it started happening, I started checking the box but there have been times I forgot to do it, and alas, no coleslaw. Last week I tried their lemon pepper chicken but I couldn't finish it because it was TOO peppery. The bread had soaked up some of the pepper as well. I just couldn't eat it and not because it may have felt spicy, but because it was extremely salty.I'd change the rating because the catfish is good and the dinner combo is mostly good, but if they don't complete their combos or don't check the pepper/salt on their food, I'll have to reconsider coming back.

Rude lady at the front I called my order in 25 minutes before reaching the store I was told 20 minutes & when I got there she put my order in so now I’m waiting 25 more minutes for 30 wings 2 large fries
