Tasty fried chicken. Our favorite is the wings

This specific location Is TRASH! Shrimp all burnt. Catfish extra salty! I’m upset I wasted my money. It came wit 12 French fries. This sad fr.. crazy

I will no longer support this place. I always order online and when I get there I still have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my food. This place is unorganized. The cashier has a dismissive attitude ,she has no emotional intelligence and don’t think about ordering chicken for a party u can forget it you may not get it. Also, how are you known for selling chicken but don’t sell one piece or two piece pieces you can only get a two piece if you order online not in stores and you can’t buy one piece of chicken that’s so dumb to me.I wish I didn’t have to give one star

Never a good experience here. Always a long wait even when you order ahead. Then they are not kind, although they waste your time. A worker argued that we came late, although we had the text message/email from them confirming the appropriate time.. Will not go back. The chicken is not worth the headache, and the parking sucks.

Called because I never received my confirmation text after ordering online. I was on hold for over 10 min while the person who answered tended to other orders, ultimately forgetting about me. Tried calling back, calls went unanswered. Had a friend call, they answered immediately, and we received the confirmation text shortly after. We opted for curbside pickup, but when I called, the same person that forgot about me on the phone told me "ok, can you come inside?" What's the point of "curbside?"

Do not order for delivery. We ordered dinner at about 6:30pm. We got it at noon the next day. It was delicious, but 18 hours is a long time to wait for dinner.
