I've had their wings before and they were delicious. Since COVID-19 restrictions and the delivery of my newborn/infant I've tried to order for delivery 2-3 times because I limit our outdoor interactions. The card machine is almost ALWAYS "out of order" but I presume it's because they don't want to pay the percentage businesses have to pay when accepting card payments.UberEats- just don't even do it to yourself andDoorDash- as recently as today, 10/19/2020 the order is sent and after 20 minutes you find that the order has been cancelled on their end.I've seen other responses from a representative saying that its a DoorDash issue, but if after sometime this issue has not been rectified then remove yourself from that service and partner with another organization/app or update your listing on Google and elsewhere to indicate you will not do delivery.Clearly, you don't need deliveries to survive so if you don't want to accommodate it, then get rid of that false advertisement.Maybe one day in the future I'll try their food again.

Horrible customer service on Doordash. They processed my order and sent a confirmation; then 30 minutes later, they sent an email saying that my order's been cancelled, because they were unable to process the order with the restaurant. What!? They refunded me the order, and then said nothing else. So, 30 minutes ago it wasn't possible to determine whether the restaurant could process the order or not? I'm confused.

i love they food believe it or not i ate dinner from here 3 days straight, my favorite is the lemon pepper tenders with fries and 2 packs of ranch sauce, and the employees there is mad cool they always nice to me.

I’ve placed an order with DoorDash, America’s best took my money off my card, then told my dasher they machine is down... they temporarily closed the store for 10 minutes then put it back up that they are open... DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY ARE PLAYING WITH PEOPLES MONEY !!!!!

I keep calling and calling and calling & STILL NO ANSWER..... I’ve been trying to call today from 3pm-5pm and my call gets rejected or rings all the way through to voicemail.. I’ve tried calling from different numbers as well and still NO ANSWER ! LOL funny thing is I walked in the other day to order and the girl just sits behind the counter letting the phone ring and WONT pick it up but be on her phone. Get NEW employees she’s making this business loose money ! I would like to order for pick up so I can come in grab my food and go but the phone is NEVER answered !!

Terrible. I ordered cheese fries and they literally drowned my fries with cheese. The wings are dry and made me throw up I wasted $15 on absolute garbage. The workers are ghetto and loud and the place look dirty and unprofessional. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Basically, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY COMING HERE!!

$81 order... we waited an hour then door dash sent confirmation our order was picked up then canceled! Never again! Never ever again! I can’t wait for them to demo brick church and this place goes out of business! This is not the first time, hopefully it will be the last! Hope they don’t come back to brick church the food is good but not good enough to j*** folks!
Got home my whole order was wrong! The fried shrimp was burnt inedible. The blue cheese packets spoiled. With what's going on nobody wants to go back to take the food back! Money down the drain!
