I went to the B&M restaurant in Oakwood Ohio on 08-23-24 arrived at about 6pm and did not received my food until 7pm. I was about 4 people ahead of me, but Service was very slow. ZThe floor was filthy as it had not been mopped for days with my shoes sticking to the floor. I overheard a lady who was waiting in front of me state that she would be coming back to this restaurant and I will not be either!
Been here a few times. Maybe the people too lazy to come inside a restaurant to eat need to stop complaining about their orders. If you want something quick go to a fast food. If you want quality then you need to learn some patience. When ordering inside the restaurant Mr. Benson really takes his time. He even had brought our fresh cut watermelon while we waited. His food portions are huge. You get great service when you sit to eat! Food is tasty and cannot complain.

The food is authentic and delicious, I take out atleast once a week. You get a lot of food, worth the money so much meat. Place your order and go pick it up takes about 20 to 30 minutes.
