The cashier was very polite and helpful. She was very patient with me. I don’t go there often, so I’m not familiar with all the options. She explained everything to us. I would visit this location again.

This Carvel is by far the worst. They give this iconic brand a bad name. The usual experience is staff that clearly want to be doing anything other than serving the customer. It's as if they think that they are doing you the favor. Unfortunately this not only the behavior of the employees but the manager (possibly the franchise owner) as well. The final straw for me was a DoorDash order I placed. The Dasher called to notify me that they didn't have what I ordered. The Dasher also made mention that the guy at the counter gave him a attitude. No fuckin surprise there! I didn't cancel the order like I should have. I made a substitute and when the order arrive it was as if it was the Dashers order. That asshole didn't bother to cover it, wrap it, bag it etc. He handed it to the guy as if it was for him. DoorDash credited me for the order thankfully. I'm going to make it my business to reach out to Carvels corporate office and make them aware of how shitty this franchise location is.
Service: One employee at a time, sometimes is busy in the back so one has to wait a bit for them to come to the storefront. The employee who I have always seen there (in my 5+ visits) always serves begrudgingly. Ice cream is good like in all locations, but it's a mic that gets thrown into a machine so I am not sure there is much room for variation there. New cookie buttwr flavor is very good, mild biscoff cookie taste, not too sweet.

The lady that does the ice cream made me wait over 10 minutes cuz she was too busy talking with the other customer and she got my Order wrong I ask for junior cone with chocolate and vanilla with chocolate sprinkles this is ( not) what I ordered SMH

It's a great place to go to get ice cream. The ice cream always tastes fresh. I love the banana ice cream and my granddaughter loves the cake mix. The ice cream servers are always pleasant. I like that the regular servers recognize you. It's my granddaughter's favorite ice cream shop.
