I LOVE THIS PLACE. Great breakfast spot. FOOD IS SO GOOD. I get beef bacon with french toast.... If you go give it a try. Also their drinks are good ! I get an midtown (non alcoholic drinks) It's in the hood but a decent part. So you're good lol. They close early in the day so they aren't opened beyond like 3 pm.

The waffle was amazing! So buttery and the sugar was the cherry on top. Other than that the food was mid and obviously cheap products. The price was definitely great but the products show why. The service was great he was efficient and got my order just right!

Charlies restaurant is a great tasting little gem in the town of East Orange. The waffles are delicious. The potatoes are delicious they make the eggs just right I really enjoy eating food from Charlies. The owner has always been kind to me, as well as the young ladies behind the counter. Always great food always great prices and the best uptown and Midtown drinks that I’ve had.
