My order was so not good. the hot tea had sour lemons- so i could not drink it; the bagel twist was oozing with uncooked dough- hated it- but the donut was great. Probably my last time at this location and I want a refund. :(

The way this lady questioned my order down this morning, one would think it would be exactly as I requested but no. It wasn't. Instead it included an ingredient that I did not ask for and never would due to an allergy. -_- Pleease be mindful of what is being ordered and what is being keyed into the POS. The lady taking my order was sooo concerned about my sugar intake that maybe a profession in healthcare and nutrition would be better suited instead of taking breakfast orders at Dunkin. Go get 'em....but until then can we just get the orders that we pay for correct? Thanks.

My sister and I come here occasionally for our morning Iced Coffees. Shawn is extremely kind & sweet. I love how Dunkin team makes their iced coffees at this location. I’m formerly new to the East Orange area so finding a great coffee spot is vital for me. They’re spot on!
