Fatu's Kitchen Reviews
I think the person cooking the dry rice and fish has changed...dry rice has no herring..no flavor anymore...these past month or more....okra was rancid my last purchase...fish salty...please please let the original cook make the food again...bring back the delicious flavor to the rice fish and okra
Fatu’s kitchen did not disappoint! I had the potato greens with rice and my hubby had Jollof rice with chicken. The food was very tasty and hot. Our server was patient and polite and the restaurant was decent, and a lot bigger than how it looks from the outside.

Fatu's Kitchen in NJ offers delicious Liberian food. The cassava leaf dish is flavorful and filled with mixed meats like cow foot, chicken, and beef. The Scotch pepper sauce adds a tasty kick, and the rice bread is spiced to perfection. The staff is helpful in explaining the menu, although there was a mix-up with a to-go order. Despite the slight error, the goat soup was enjoyable. Overall, the experience is worth the visit, especially for those looking to explore Liberian cuisine.
