Order your food a hour in advance this has to be the worst managed KFC in history it’s always a long wait just for a simple order every time I come here it’s always the same thing waiting they’re short staff don’t waste your time coming to this location and very unprofessional 40 min wait just for some chicken

Do NOT go to this KFC it'a beyond Foul! They had us wait for 30 mintues for Chicken that was falling apart from the batter, it was soooo greasey. We literally through it away. Never Ever Again! I rather drive 20 mintues away to another KFC.

Sometimes, only 2 or 3 ppl working the counter,drive thru, and deliveries so can be very slow service
The worse KFC on the planet. If you want a correct order or your order period you better go on a Monday night, you may have a chance. Placed a order on their website for delivery when the driver got there the lied and said someone picked up the order when clearly they didnt because I saw when the driver got to the store and he texted me to let me know he had been waiting over a half hour. Tried calling the store no answer. They wouldn't make a new order or refund my money. Corporate is no better. Door dash tuh yeah rite. For now on I'll stick with the one on Glenwood Ave. I never had problems with the Lyons ave location either. Stick to those because E.O., this ain't it! I would have posted the screen shots if it didnt have my address on it.

I got the 3 piece chicken strip deal,the chicken strips were disgusting and dry the lady who took our order was not wearing a hairnet and was horribly lazy. Even handing off the bag to me seem too strenuous for her. The meal so salty that it gave the illusion of spicy. I was told that there were only two sauces left, and still not given the sauce I selected. I was soon embarrassed at the level of incompetence and laziness. I can honestly say that even at a point of starvation, I would not go to this location as long as I live! The fact that I was just forced to give one star seems criminal.
The drive thru employee was rude both on the intercom and at the drive through window. The order was missing an item. The chicken was terrible it was over cooked and SO dark like milk chocolate. I never usually have an issue with this location but today was the worst experience ever and will no longer recommend to any KFC lovers. The colonal would be so disappointed in the lack of customer service.
