They recently renovated this location and it's beautiful, seating, dining area and kiosk is so nice. food tasted fresh and the diner in service was wonderful! This is my favorite one to go to for sure. Nice job!

Horrible service and customer service, i made a mobile order and accidentally chose to pick it up at the counter, I asked if i can get my food through the drive through since i was in a rush and they refused, i asked if they can cancel and they said no, the app did not allow me to cancel lr edit the order to pick up at the drive through window. The employees are lazy and rude, and the service is terrible. Never returning here again, i sujest people to try the white castle instead. I was charged for food i didn't even receive, and I don't know how to get a refund or who to call, mcdonalds has really lost their great customer service they used to have back in the day. With no phone number to call to report an issue or get help with a refund, I would rather no longer deal with mcdonalds ever again 💯

Happy meal was going to be all day especially and I charge normal price they are not professionals it is their act of discount to the customer
The cashiers were nice but I can tell they didn’t speak English well enough as it took her more than 5 minutes to understand my order as I had to repeat it twice then they put another cashier on who understood English more. I wanted a McDouble with a meal and a burger and she put it in the computer as two separate orders and when I pulled up to the second window they thought I ordered a coffee. This all could be avoided by hiring people who are fluent in English.

First I want to start with the attitude the employer had . My complaint was very neglected and wasn’t taking serious. Even with the proper info of my delivery I gave . I was just dismissed with no response or solution to my complaint. Received half my order. It’s money I used to pay not Monopoly money. Let me know if you see burgers in the bag.
