The Quality has gone down drive thru wise for sure. It can be the fastest service on Earth but if you give me burnt fries, dried out nuggets, and a burger so horrible that a kid won't eat it--its all for nought. I would not waste money on the Jets pack or go to this location ever again. *I thought about going inside for a refund but they're were kids outside fighting each other near the front door.

In 2024 I forgot the exact month however, a manager at that time was a Spanish lady when in the restaurant as a customer with the intention to purchase something wanted to use the bathroom so bad I couldn’t order first so she refused to give me access to the restroom and let me pee on myself. I was so embarrassed.

We asked for 3 mchickens but they only gave us 2. We also asked for ice and yet they gave us ice. They charged us full price for the wrong order. Do not go through the drive through on this mcdonalds.

Terrible service was there earlier at 11am. We ordered breakfast at 10:20am and we drove 20 minutes to get there to deal with a rude Maria, she just said it was lunch time and refused to generate a refund or a smile. We will not order breakfast from this location again.

I will give 3 stars to this place only because the girl at the first window was smiling even when I heard she was very busy. There was another Hispanic girl at the second window with a nasty face, I said hi and smiled to her but didn’t even respond back to me. She can get another job if she doesn’t like that one. The first thing people don’t wanna see in the morning is that bad energy lol

So i came in and purchased another order… after i purchased the order… i talked to the manager and asked him can you help me with this app even after i purchased the order again…. All for him to say oh it’s here!!!! So now im eating 4 cheeseburgers 2 medium fries and drinking dwi shakes? I was waiting for ah min. I was on the phone for 20 with another McDonald’s just to see if they can cancel the food…. I’m good….. bye app!!!!! And more cooking in my house…. This really got to me today

This is my favorite McDonald's in New Jersey so far. The staff is very nice especially my cashier today a young African American man with braids I think his name is jackai. Don't know if I spelled it right, but he was very friendly and made my visit a lot more inviting to the restaurant.

Horrible customer service. The Latina girl on the headset put me on hold for about 3-5 mins when I asked about the snack wrap she say she didn’t have any! She came back when she found it fit !!! I changed my order to a Big Mac, and when I pulled up to the window, she was there chatting and giggling with her coworker. What a place. Never again!
