(Update): this location was recently in the news for rats in the frying oil and a child had its tail served with their chicken nuggets. Again would never eat here. Please do better!McDonald's owners need to revamp the staff here..its the worst service. Extremely unprofessional, I hear personal conversations amongst the staff, they have their cells out during cashiering, the managers dont say nothing they are in the mess too. The food is never right, driveway dont even acknowledge you until u scream hello a few times. Basically the customer service is horrible. The community hates coming to this McDonald's. People are afraid to go inside because they let anyone (homeless and thugs) occupy the sitting area, it always smell like weed. The bathrooms are always dirty. I stopped trusting the food here so I officially stop going here for safety and sanitary reasons. This place needs help. I miss the old days when it was great service now it's like walking into a ghetto store with loud staff screaming and playing with each other.

Despite the fact that my brother was able to pick up previous orders without problem with just the order number they pulled out some bull saying how he couldn’t pick it up since he wasn’t the one that place the order refused to give a justified explanation took to long with the order and then said he couldn’t pick it up because breakfast was over despite the order being placed 30 MINUTES before it was over they don’t need an email or card they where just lazy and horrible.

THE WORST MCDONALDS!! THEY WILL HAND YOUR UBER DRIVER ANY ORDER AND NOT READ THE RECIEPT AND THE PHONE TO MAKE SURE THE ORDERS MATCH!! NEVER SPENDING MY MONEY HERE
This store needs to be shut down. Nobody understands English and they hired mostly hispanics. Smoothie machine infested with fruit flies, staff irritated, homeless people begging for your money at the register, no security, dirty bathroom, mgmt disrespectful, and no organized people at all. They messed up my order 3 times. The people who spoke english arent here anymore for UBER PICKUPS i was told by delivery uber. If they dont know English they need that education first to read an english register, monitor and bag anything. They are horrible and need more American staff and probably dont want to pay them so they are stuck. The homeless sleeps in the lobby every morning. smells bad. The dont even answer the phone when it rings. NEVER AGAIN. WORST Mcdonald’s i ever visited

honestly, this is the first time I've ever been to a McDonald's and actually felt bad because I dropped a French fry on the floor! this location is clean, quiet efficient and organized. my favorite location so far and lastly, the food was fresh and hot. 2 thumbs ? ? up for the management here.

I waited 25 mins this time in the lobby for my order of a Dbl Cheeseburger, a Mc chicken & Fries (which all the food ended up being sloppily prepared & cold in the end). They are entirely too focused on the Door Dash/UberEats & less on who walks in the lobby especially at night. Be prepared to wait a while if you go in person.
