Truly Disappointed with the chicken wings portion size . Every of 10 wings ordered were extremely small and could have been cooked longer. Apparently they knew they were smaller than average so they gave me 2 extra wings. “ 2 of these wings combined are equivalent to 1 average chicken wing. They did this my prior visit.. However I just figured they have smaller chicken wings.. until I seen other customers order. They were not as small as my baby wings. Is it just me??

I like their wings, cakes, cabbage, beef sausage egg & cheese, and smoothies. I don't like the potato salad, macaroni salad was too sweet for me. Mac&cheese didn't have the flavor I was expecting although the texture was there.

Food was salty and to soft. She made fresh juice for me ,but also was the cashier. Sanitary issues definitely with money and food. Will not be coming back at all.

Their menu that they have does not reflect their prices and every time I come here it's a problem because of it. I could understand it if it was just a one-off thing but it happens every single time. Food is ok. They never open on time.

This place seems all in one. It says soul food but also serves Jamaican cuisine. I ordered their fried whitenings with macaroni and cheese. And their mango and friends smoothie. My fish tasted ok, the mac was not good at all. I also tasted my friend’s candied yams. I am not sure how you can mess up sweet yams but they found a way. The best part of my meal was the smoothie.

Get the large oxtail w/ candied yams and mac n cheese. You wont regret it.

Their jerk chicken is also spicy as hell but delicious 🌶️ 🐔

I was heading on the highway and needed food before I traveled. The restaurant had just closed but they served me and I was able to have a nice halal meal before traveling. The greens and fried wings were delicious. Thank you!

This was my first time trying this restaurant, and I’m usually very particular about where I eat. A coworker recommended it, so I gave it a shot.

The store was extremely hot, likely because of the open kitchen and people coming in and out. It made the wait a bit uncomfortable, but I understand the setup. The staff was friendly, and the food came out quickly. I ordered the chicken and waffles, which were reasonably priced with a good portion size. The taste was great and definitely stood out.

I also had a side of grits. They were pretty bland and lacked salt, which might come down to personal preference. However, they became extremely watery not long after being served, which was odd and not something I’ve experienced before.

The major issue came when I went to eat the peach cobbler. I was shocked to find a large patch of mold on top. This was after I had already eaten everything else. It was really disappointing. It seems like the cobbler might not be made in-house, which could explain how it developed mold during transport. Still, there’s no reason something like that should be sold to customers. Fortunately, the mold was on top and not hidden at the bottom.

My suggestion would be for the staff to check desserts like peach cobbler and banana pudding before serving them. A quick visual check or review of expiration dates can go a long way. I’m sure quality and safety are priorities already, but in this case, something was clearly missed

This is the worst food I've ever tasted. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I had to end up throwing my food away. Don't waste your time or money. I only gave one star because zero wasn't an option.

Getting ignored and not being taken care of while waiting for over 15 minutes for a smoothie is wild work.
