Food is tasty and fresh. I purchased the Saltfish bake which I'm going to stop buying cause they give you a small portion of Saltfish.

I tried the channa, but it was a bit too firm, as if the beans weren’t fully cooked. The pumpkin lacked flavor and was somewhat watery. The cassava pone wasn’t as rich or sweet as I’m used to from Guyanese places in Queens—it had more of a peppermint taste. The goat curry also didn’t have that distinctive masala and curry flavor I was expecting, so it was just okay. I’m still searching for that authentic Guyanese flavor from a restaurant- I ordered on uber eats.

The environment was relaxing and comfortable, the music suits the atmosphere at the moment it's was raining, I had a local pine and ginger drink, with a beef Pattie and my favorite buns,I enjoy it was excellent, what makes the Pattie better it had the right temperature which brings out the taste, excellent ,I just had to control my desire

Customer service is poor, they cater to West Indians, not Americans. Unpleasant attitudes from those who serve you. Women are usually at the counter and they have fiesty horrible attitudes. One lady shifted to a west Indian woman and took her order right in the middle of me ordering. I spoke with the Wife of the owner about it and she made excuses while not even looking at me as I complained.
When I told the cashier about it, she acted as if she was so annoyed that she had to apologize. West indians come to America and dont like Americans. The food is pretty good but I will not go back there again.
I purchased vegetable platers when I drop in. I am vegan. If there is something that I want from the catering menu, I will talk with the owner Rodger he will accommodate my request. Overall, the food is great. My wife is vegetarian she loves every plate she gets from Spice N Things as well. Only problem I have now is I have to fly from Las Vegas to get real carribian food.
Vegetarian options: The vegetarian dishes are chicken and seafood dishes which my wife loves.
Dietary restrictions: They cook with oil as opposed to dairy for vegans ,and will work with you upon request.

The best restaurant, take a tour to taste the delicious meals
Food was very great. The portions were very reasonable for the price and the chicken was extremely flavorful. Great atmosphere for indian food
Spice is permanently closed. Heard they got evicted because IHOP wanted the space. Hope they reopen somewhere else.
Parking: Never had a problem parking here.
