This is what they gave me, a half filled drink and my rice bean and cheese burrito tasted rlly old. I always get the same thing and the burrito has never tasted like this.

I ordered my food 2 double beef cheese burrito and a number 2 supreme. I asked if the burrito had beans he said no, told me how it was made. I pull up buddy on his phone. I finally pay and get my food , I should’ve known better and checked. But, since he repeated it I figured he got it correct. I get home bite my burrito and you know what it had beans!!! Now I had to go back get the correct burrito and now my other food is cold! A do top of that I paid $2 difference for his mistake.

Ordered delivery on the app, just know that it takes an hour + to get your food, or in my case it just never even shows up!! Absolutely ridiculous, and I can’t get a refund for it yet because apparently y’all are “ still making the food”… after an hour? Nothing as fast as this “ fast food” place huh. be more communicative or get better drivers.

Order from drive Thur at 11:30 am and receive order while driving on parkway taste the food chicken was hard and old as if cook prior day. When call the store crew member claim to be manager and didn’t wanna take the complaint another crew member take the phone and catches a attitude and hang up at 11:30 in the morning food should be fresh

They always seem to get your order wrong at this location. Tried to go inside to get it fixed and no one ever came to the register. Every one just stared at me as if it wasn't their job. Had to contact corporate to get the issue resolved.

Last night me and my girlfriend went to this Taco Bell I ordered what I wanted but seemed the manager did not understand what we were asking I told this manger at least 5 times and even my girlfriend mentioned it again he told us we where holding the line up we proceeded to the pay out window and tried to explain it again needless to say he had a major attitude which was very unprofessional needless to say I canceled the order and I promise you this I will never return there maybe he needs some more training. Very unhappy and I’m sure I’m not the only one.
