Tl:dr bad when it's busy.Whoever was working at 3 PM. on April 5, Friday, you literally did someone's whole order in front of me while my order was just sitting on the table. I was tempted to just take my order and go over the counter, but I my anxiety won.Then, for my freeze, you poured it in a rush, and like a quarter of it was gone (because it was a mtn dew freeze, which is soda). Plus, it was messy. I didn't want to say excuse me or anything because the place looked busy, but you didn't even glance over and make sure.To be fair, the dude who got his food first cut in front of me and then stole my spot.Anyways, there was a dude there too, who I'm assuming was the manager (had a ring on his hand), and he didn't really help around. He could've given me my food and helped that lady who rushed for me.I've only been here twice, but it was worse this time around.P.S. I drank the freeze in the photo already because it was brimming at the top, and then it fizzled out to about 3 quarters full.Also, on the app, I put down pickup, but she gave it to me like a dine in, so I had to bring the 2 bags by myself and 2 cups by myself. A sweet lady held the door open for me.Parking: Street parking. I'm not sure if it's paid.Wheelchair accessibility: The curb is open for wheelchair access to the front door. Two doors, but bikes might get in the way for those in wheelchairs or other devices.

Submitted an order through the kiosk and waited less than 10 minutes for our food. The new Cantina chicken crispy taco meal along with two Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos taco supremes were ordered. The food instructions were followed correctly. The food was hot and freshly made. Very tasty tacos.

I want someone at the management level or owners to know what is happening here. There is one of the managers who is very rude and very racist. He is a guy who wears makeup, I think his name is Jose. He is from my country because I asked one of the ladies. He calls the african american customers slurs in spanish and english and he does this in front of all the employees. There was one lady maybe 1 month ago that came in and was very angry at night. she said her food was wrong and when she complained in the drive thru he called her an n-word.i have seen this happen before with him, he always rolls his eyes at people. he acts like he doessnt care about anything. i come here during lunch too when hes not here and the lady with the red hair is so nice. but him, he is so bad and so rude. he shold not work here if he doesnt like the job or the people. I dont want anyone to lose the job, but hes not the right person to work here.

Everytime i order tacos or burritos with no meat they gave me meat every time it’s so disappointing knowing that i have to travel back to the location to waste my time because they messed up my order . Taco Bell need to do better especially with customers service and preparing food for customers .
