This Wendy’s location gets a long drive through line especially after 5PM but it does speed up pretty quickly. In my personal experience, the workers are always kind, respectful, and professional. I haven’t had any issues with my food but the only thing I would complain about is the soda. Multiple times I’ve ordered a Diet Coke, Diet Dr. Pepper, etc but they have given me a regular soda instead , so I would have to throw it out. I can’t have any sugar and there might be people with diabetes or any other health issues that require them not to intake sugar so just please make sure to give people the right drink if they ask for diet or zero soda.

Ordered online and never do we get our full order. Something is always missing or completely different from what we order. When we try and explain our situation to someone behind the counter they catch a attitude for there mistake. Change everything about this location.

I visited the Wendy's on Friday January 3rd in the afternoon, ordered my food with simple directions and drove to the pick up window. The service employee was handing me my bags and my wife and I kindly asked is everything in the bag like we asked, he said yes. I get home which took 15 mins, I get ready to eat and the 2 most expensive items that I ordered (2 spicy chicken sandwichs which were $6 and some change) were not in my bags. This is a constant issue with most fast food restaurants now especially this particular one in East Orange on Central Ave. All of their staff needs to be retrained on how professional customer service should be done. This generation of teenagers and young adults that are working for the first time or in the fast food industry need to PAY ATTENTION. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GETTING FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION.

Stick to the one on Main St., Central Ave sucks. They only did this because it's a grubhub order and if I wasnt working in would have driven it back.
