Staff are nice but you can’t help but feel that your on “their time” multiple times I’ve went to this Wendy’s drive thru and had to wait until the employees finish their conversation before getting my food. But the food is fresh. So don’t go there unless you got time to waist.

Here's the thing, fast food service is tough. There's a lot behind the scenes we don't know about that staff does to get people their food safely and in ample time. However ignoring your customers who are waiting online is simply not okay. Especially if you are unable to attend to them because of prior orders. It was really disappointing to wait in line for 25 minutes without so much of a "hey thanks for your patience, I'll be right with you". Makes a big difference right? Ended up not getting out food because the wait just increased to about 35 minutes just to place an order at the kiosk. I completely empathize with how much the staff was already doing. However, being polite, kind and just acknowledging your customers goes a long way. Just food for thought.

Some of the workers are nice others aren’t so much and most of the time get your order wrong and handle it with a nasty attitude ??‍♀️ I don’t think it’s necessary to have a nasty attitude for customers if they didn’t do anything to you we didn’t make you pick this profession
