This place was seriously a dream come true for our family! It’s hard to say which part was our favorite but I would probably have to say it’s a tie between Dreamworks Water Park and Big Snow real-snow park. The possibilities are endless- we can’t wait to go back!! What an incredible experience! Thanks American Dream- you knocked it out of the park!!! ?

Here on a sunday.... The shops are closed but the attractions are open but they are super expensive on a weekend.. Much cheaper on weekdays... Wanted to have a hot tea or coffee but no options available in food court... They need to improve a lot...the good part is they dont charge for parking anymore for the time being.

I have nothing but great things to say about this mall. I visit it frequently since two of my children are employed there. I have been to the waterpark and the Nick amusement park. I enjoyed both. My one recommendation is to visit these two attractions during the weekday, never on weekends as they are extremely packed. The mall itself is beautiful, plenty of stores to shop at and a garden for pictures. The garden is decorated for every occasion. Parking is free! Enjoy my time here every time

My group and I (group: me, my fiancé, his dad, his step mom, his step brother, and his step brother’s friend) had reservations at 5pm today and we were so excited to come here but we were quickly let down and felt like we wasted so much money with your establishment. 1. When my fiancé and I went to get our snowboard shoes we were greeted with “what do you want?” We were shocked over that but didn’t say anything and my fiancé told the woman that he needed a size 13 boot. She said “we don’t have that” as she rolled her eyes. He then said that he put in a reservation for a size 13 and also that’s what we paid for and drove over an hour and half for. Also if you don’t have that size boot then what is he suppose to do? She responded to that saying “oh well we have a 12 or 14.” Either or is unacceptable because none of those would have fit him but then she walked away and came back with a 13 saying she found a pair and she ‘guesses’ they aren’t lost. 2. As soon as we walked in my fiancé and in laws went to the lift so I was with my brother in law and his friend. We were less than greeted with a worked named Joe Pal screaming at us saying what we were doing wrong. He made us feel so incompetent and stupid with how he was talking to us. We couldn’t even focus on what we were doing because of his terrible service. My brother in law was snowboarding with the wrong foot and Joe was screaming saying: “are you even listening to me?! Why aren't you listening? Open your ears!!!” We were SHOCKED and wanted to leave right there (less than five minutes since we walked in). 3. Since Joe was screaming at the boys so much they wanted to get away as quickly as they could from him. So, they went on the beginner’s course very inexperience since Joe didn’t teach them anything and gave them zero confidence. An actual trainer or even regular employee would have encouraged them and taught them how to properly skate with a snowboard, how to get up when they fell, and spent about 20 minutes with them. He came up to me and said “this girl is a beginner too, you should listen up.” I had to walk away and I walked away feeling like I couldn’t do anything without him rushing over to me and telling me what I did wrong. 4. While we were standing around I told my fiancé that my glasses were fogging up really bad and I couldn’t see because of the fog. Joe comes storming over (for whatever reason) to yell at my fiancé & I saying that I should just throw my glasses in my locker and he’s blown away that I brought them here. Dude. Get out of our conversation, first of all, and second I can’t see anything without my glasses. I need them. It’s not like I was complaining I was just telling my fiancé why I needed a second before hitting the slope. 5. My mother in law came over to us and slipped on her skis and fell. He stood there as she tried getting up and chuckled at her. Like everyone falls on a snowboard and skis there’s nothing to laugh about especially when your customer falls over. Then as she’s trying to get up he starts yelling at her saying how she’s doing everything wrong and how she shouldn’t depend on the poles to balance her. That’s what the poles are for. And if you’re just going to keep screaming at us then WALK AWAY or shut your mouth and offer a hand. 6. When my fiancé was in line to go on the lift he was telling his step brother and his friend how he prefers Blue Mountain more because of the technical stuff and he feels like the slopes here are just doing laps. The lift worker over heard him and as my fiancé is getting on the lift he says all cocky “have fun doing your laps.” And my fiancé turned around and asked “what?” Then the lift worker gave him a very dirty look. 7. When my father in law was coming off the lift he slipped on his ski and fell. But he fell where people would exit the lift and no one stopped the lift (where they are suppose to). There were so many people almost falling on him. No one stopped the lift so he could get settled and out of the way. He could have gotten beyond hurt and so could have someone else. But with ho
