Booked a party in December for end of Feb. beginning of Jan I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. 300 deposit and they refuse to refund or even half. The month of Feb was open no parties booked. Price given on phone was different then what was on contract also. Yes on bottom it says non refundable guess that’s how they like to make extra money. visited this restaurant Valentine’s Day with my partner expecting a nice Valentine’s Day experience, and it was a truly disappointing experience. Our reservation was at 7:45 PM, but we didn’t get our appetizer until 10:30 PM—this was only the beginning of our issues. When we were seated, our server, Li, seemed uninterested in attending to us.
