We went there on a Sunday afternoon as there was live music playing and we knew some of the band members. The place was not very busy yet, but the ambiance was great. The Wait staff however was not great - or even very good. The steps in ordering had a long gap in between each step : menu, ordering drinks, ordering food, food arriving, menu finally removed, checking if we required anything else, informing us of the $25 minimum per person (should have been first), getting an extra order to meet the minimum, The bill came fast enough once we dragooned one of the waiters to hurry our bill along (I had an appointment elsewhere to get to), Never brought back the change by the time we left (and I schmoosed with an old friend for a good 15minutes waiting). The FOOD on the other hand was terrific.

Food is always excellent, fresh and good quality here. My favorites are: rigatoni or penne vodka (I add veggies which they've been kind enough to accommodate), ceasar salad with blackened chicken (they do the chicken for me), and the chicken murphy is delicious! Brussel sprouts appetizer is tasty too! The owner is very sweet, wait staff is always friendly, and atmosphere is old school, elegant, clean and comfortable.

Service and food very good, Got general Tso cauliflower and rice ball apps. Also the classic Sunday gravy. Pretty good . Prices are inline with most places. Entries don't come with anything but the food is good,

The food was not good, they gave me attitude over the phone and didn’t even know what was on their own menu. 22 dollars for just a piece of chicken no rice, no sides nothing.

Dinner this evening (14 December 2023) at Dominick's Restaurant was enjoyable. At the recommendation of the friendly waiter, I ordered "Rigatoni Vodka Sauce (with grilled chicken)." The rigatoni was served in a tomato cream sauce. Very tasty. The portion was generous: I departed with a "doggie bag," the remainder of my entree to be enjoyed tomorrow. The chef was encountered as I left the restaurant. He also recommended:• Veal Gourmand• Pork Chop Dominic• Salmon dishes (all)Heartily recommended.Parking: Parking is easy, convenient and free.

Dinner took over 3 hours, arrived at 5:45pm, ordered Dessert at 8pm, got coffees at 8:10, at 8:40, we cancelled the desserts and just wanted the check. Was told that they were already making them, and then forced upon us 15 minutes later. The lava cake was ICE COLD, during this whole time, the bus stuff had already interrupted the meal all night and bussed all glasses and silverware off of the table. This was done to force the desserts to remain on the menu. Tried 2 separate times to speak with a manager, was told he was busy cooking, and to call the next day and ask for Dominic. How the HELL do you run a hospitality business like this? All we heard was how it isn't right and how sorry everyone else on the staff was, but nothing from the manager and to force the desserts JUST to keep it on the bill was cowardice. It felt like Goodfellas, You don't want you desserts after waiting for 40 minutes? and Wait another 15 for cold lava cake and melted ice cream, F U Pay Me! By the way, my mom just LOVED her birthday with the family. Perhaps another name change for the place can help BURY more miserable experiences. NEVER COMING BACK.
