Disappointing mall that comes across as being past its prime.

I usually enjoy authentic Asian cuisine, but ordering the beef soup noodle and octopus balls were some of the worse dishes I've ever had. The beef soup noodle slices of meat did not taste like beef at all, moreso spam and the ramen was not good tasting. The octopus balls were cluttered with shavings that tasted like the floor of a petting zoo. They were extremely fishy smelling, as if the meat had gone bad, and having it filled with a cheesy cream sauce inside made it 10 times worse. I would not recommend!

Don’t even waste your time in this place! The workers are all very rude! When I went to pick Up my food, the worker asked for my ticket and a very rude way, and when I was just telling my husband about it, I saw how one of the workers, (an older woman) yelled at a costumer because she took some extra sauce from the counter. The worker could offer her some sauce in a small plate but instead, she snatched it from the table, yelling very loudly and didn’t care that kids were present on the table and other tables around, including my own children. The food isn’t that good either so you are not really missing out anything. Majority of the workers are asian, and that not a bad thing but in America we are use to be treated with respect and politeness.

First walking in the atmosphere it looks fine. I felt like I was not wanted when I went the first time. You should always be treated nicely and hear the workers speaking nicely. I heard bickering and could tell they were not saying nice things in a different language. After visiting a few times, the service is fast but nothing else. The workers at times were nice other times they were cold. I tried again and knew they would have an attitude but they were nicer. The colorful place is misleading to the customer service and food you receive. I will not be returning again because there is better quality in other food places in the mall.

Ordered two drinks and an app. Both drinks were wrong and they would not remake them. They also would not let us sit and eat our food, stating they had closed at 8pm. We didn't order until 8:10pm. How closed could they have been? They didn't mind taking my money past 8pm. Dont waste your timw. There's another bubble tea place two doors down.

Didn’t have such a good experience here. Food was mediocre and portions were terrible for the price! Nearly 20 dollars plus tip for a poke bowl that’s 90% just rice and topping sucked. I got the shrimp poke bowl btw. And tell me why even though I ordered at the counter I had to show my receipt to get my bowl?? I understand but cmon ? if I could give negative stars I could

If I can give ZERO star, definitely ZERO. I don't really read and write reviews unless it's extremely good or unbelievably bad. Today I went in, there were three employees, little old lady, young guy and one man. I was the only customer and I don't know what pissed him off before I walked in, he gave me an attitude just by answering the question I asked. I was really shocked how that employee treats the customers. I was really glad that I asked him a question. I would never help the business, who treats customers like shi*. The man yelled at me cause I said I won't buy it. Ofcourse, who would buy it?! After all that attitude ! It kind of seems like little old lady and that man who yelled at me was the boss. I asked if he is the boss but no one answered and other two employees were just standing there looking at crazy guy weird. I felt so disgusted, as soon as I came out and check the reviews,omg.... so crazy. This place have so many bad reviews saying not good services, attitude problem. If you really are the boss, you should close the business and go learn how to control your tempers. If you are just an employee, you have such a nice employer who is a blind.
Terrible, terrible customer service and they force you to tip. Atleast the dessert is decent.

I wish I could give this place a -1000. I seriously regret not reading the reviews before coming here. I usually read the reviews b/4 going to a place, but we came here on a trip to Nickelodeon Universe and came across this place so I didn’t get the chance to search up the place. I looked at the menu to see the name for the ice cream bubble waffle but i couldn’t find it. So I asked the front and the staff was so rude. She just pointed at the menu and the ice cream bubble waffle, which was covered by the ugly logo, so I still couldn’t figure out what the name was. Then another fat employee with blue hair, that looked like Violet from Charlie and the Chocolate factory when she turned to a fat blueberry, stood next to her. I couldn’t tell if he was talking to me so I asked him the same question but he just rolled his eyes at me and ignored me. I then ordered the icecream bubble waffles but the staff’s disgusting attitude ruined my appetite and the food didn’t even look like the pictures. I felt like I was scammed by the food display and pictures. Also some advice for the blue haired piece of sh1t instead of wasting your energy rolling your eyes at me use it for the gym you ?.

The food doesn’t match the photo and the expectation. It’s some pre-prepared ingredients putting together quickly. I ordered buns, I deeply doubt they were steamed, more like microwave heat.

I ordered a double egg waflle and they didn’t give me the option to choose how i wanted they just put whatever they wanted and i told them if they could put some strawberries on it because thats how i wanted it but the lady there was very rude and told me no we can’t even tough i told her i can pay more and she still told me no we can’t so i believe that as a customer i felt really disappointed on eating something that was not how i wanted :( very poor customer service
