Chicken Cesar salad was a bit dry. Therefore, I requested dressing for salad. Not necessarily a restaurant of first choice. Otherwise, everyone was friendly and amiable.

Ordered and paid for Veal and was given chicken, when fixed everyone was done eating, still got fully charged, took forever, food was bland, service was slow, empty restaurant, overpriced, half the menu wasn’t available. Just overall very poor experience, just go somewhere else.

Very solid food! Best dinning choice at American Dream but this would be a good restaurant anywhere. Quite corner of the mall away from the crowd. Strong salads, delicious chicken parm and attentive service. Jim the manager really hustles to keep everything moving. Highly recommend.

The server JHON he has to be more professional when he’s taking orders.
Service 1/10 Food 8/10 Considering that the place is expensive and they have good options on the menu, the service is really awful . The people who work there are not prepared to provide good service.

Food was good (pasta dish) however the portion size was ridiculously small making a pricey dish seem even more expensive. Looked like an appetizer. Definitely not worth the money. Service was good and the atmosphere was pleasant.

An elevated Italian dining experience at American Dream mall. I had the Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail featuring U-8 jumbo shrimp and the Misticanxa Salad.

Expensive for what it is. There is better quality Italian food elsewhere. Our service was great and ambiance is nice. But food was meh. Expensive adult drinks, and appetizers sounded better on the menu as portions were not big. Monza portobello app had barely any mushrooms. Disappointed there. Bottles Coke and Sprite at $7 a pop adds up. Do they even have fountain sodas as they were not offered. Maybe not? Chicken parm was mid and a few of our party members did not enjoy the Fettuccine Alfredo very much and the up charge for chicken which was not tasty. I will note the cheesecake was pretty good as tried my son’s but it outshined the rest of the food. Left with empty pockets with higher expectations with the prices. You’ve been warned.

absolutely horrible service, lined up to be seated and the host had terrible attitude. we told the host that we don’t have a reservation and immediately his attitude got worse. then we said its fine we can sit outside, he literally scoffed and said ā€œoh we’re definitely not gonna try to seat you insideā€. He then left us standing there for 5+ minutes while he went inside and just walked around. Mind you this was while the restaurant was around 30% full… I already checked the reservation before heading over and there were a lot of available times left around the time we arrived. while i can’t say for sure their availability, it’s unmistakable that treating customers like this is really ridiculous. in conclusion, terrible service

Had dinner here for my birthday last night and it was incredible! The food was great and the staff was amazing. Christalo was my server and he went above and beyond for my party! He was kind, knowledgable of the menu and helped make sure everything was perfect. He really made sure the night felt special for my birthday! Truly appreciate Christalo and everyone at Carpaccio!

Disappointing Brunch with Santa

I was so excited to bring my family to brunch with Santa, but this experience was absolutely disappointing. For over $100, I expected something magical, but instead, we got chaos and poor service.

First, Santa wasn’t even ready when we arrived. It took 15 minutes for someone to offer us water, and when the waitress finally came over, she seemed completely unprepared. She didn’t know the specials or what was included in the package. I had to ask multiple questions, and even then, her responses were vague and dismissive.

To make matters worse, when my son politely said ā€œthank you,ā€ she completely ignored him! That’s not the kind of attitude you expect at a family event centered around children.

And as for Santa… this was far from the jolly, magical experience we were expecting. He looked like a low-effort Times Square knock-off rather than the real deal. For the price, I anticipated a memorable and enchanting experience, but this felt cheap and thrown together. Santa had no hat and they dint even have Christmas frames they had to give us Easter ones

Save your money and find a better place to make holiday memories. This was a total letdown.
