The buffalo popcorn chicken poppers were delicious - though I'm not sure I'd call the sauce buffalo, it's more like a sweet and sour. The staff were helpful and patient, though the order retrieval system is far from ideal. Someone actually claimed my order before I could and no receipts were checked, so they got a free meal while I had to wait for it to be remade. More structure to the pickup would be a huge improvement, but having such a solid kosher option at the mall is great!

I had a good experience here. I came here on a weekday, could only imagine how hectic it can get on a a weekend. The prices were high, but being the only meat kosher option in the mall, seem like they took advantage of that. The food was ok, nothing to “write home about”, just ok. I would still eat here again regardless.

I waited 40 minutes for five chicken tenders that cost $16. Meanwhile, I watched as every order that came out was messed up in one way or another.To make matters worse, all four employees spent the majority of their time staring at their phones as the restaurant fell apart around them, with a line of customers waiting for their food. They didn’t even bother to go into the back to play on their phones - they just leaned right against the front counter tapping away at their phones the entire time.Absolutely ridiculous experience.
