We didn’t eat here because when we came in the store was empty but the hostess told us to still wait before being seated. We were ok with that since we do understand that stores can be understaffed but then the smell in the store was horrendous. It smelled bad in there and felt unappetizing. There was also no music playing or anything just people eating in silence. Honestly one of the worst chili’s I have been to in a long long time

This used to be a great restaurant decades ago. It actually was my first restaurant that I visited in America. The spirit and atmosphere was phenomenal. It was so cozy, fun and unique. Now it looks more like a polished Burger King with a touch of American wokeness. The bar attendant was sick with some virus and kept coughing on everyone.

Amazing service, food and drinks done right 👍🏽. We went around 8pm on a Thursday night, there were 2 other parties of 3 people waiting when we walked in. We were seated promptly and served quickly.
Was with large groups on a Sunday for dinner. Took 12 spots at the bar and some of group took couple tables of 4. All was handle well. My personal experience was at the bar. Bar tenders did a great job. Food was good and service was great. They were already kinda busy so my large group put it over the top. My personal per person price is on higher side because it was dinner and drinks at the bar. Was in town for a convention nearby, so likely to return next time in town.

Surprisingly the best chilis experience I’ve ever had. The food came out quickly and was actually very very good. Our server Emily was very friendly, attentive and helpful.

Honestly the food was really good I got a steak they cooked it perfectly and it was absolutely delicious. My son wanted to go here so bad and I really actually enjoyed myself

Yasmín was so sweet, consistent and on point with what we wanted .Everything was great as far as food . They gave us complimentary chips and salsa due to our wait ! Won me over . Thank you guys for a great experience

I placed a call-in order at the Chili’s in East Rutherford and had such a great experience that I had to leave a review — especially to highlight Joe, the manager, who truly went above and beyond.
From the moment I called, Joe was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. He made sure my order was taken accurately and even double-checked everything to ensure it was perfect before pickup. When I arrived, he greeted me personally, walked me through the order, and made sure I had everything I needed — utensils, sauces, napkins — all without me even having to ask.
You don’t always expect that level of care with a to-go order, but Joe delivered service like I was dining in. His attention to detail and genuine customer care stood out and really made my day easier. Thank you, Joe, for going the extra mile — it didn’t go unnoticed!
