If i can give this place zero stars i would. Their was this employee with glasses today at 9pm with such attitude with her coworkers and customers. She was throwing the food and the bowls and didn’t give good portions. She was very rude and unprofessional. She didn’t even close my bowl correctly and left some lettuce hanging. She would roll her eyes and acted like she didn’t wanna be there.

What on earth happened at this location? Neglected beverage station, food was slightly warmed. Restrooms, we won't even go there. Will have to patronize a different location.

Every time I come here this place they never have their complete menu. It’s always we don’t have this or we don’t have that and instead of trying to make sure the customer is taking care of they’re just like we don’t have it so that’s it. I will never come here again simple as that avoid this restaurant like the plague. This place Hires 20 something-year-olds They don’t care they can’t even replace utensils in the utensil holders. They don’t even place sodas when they’re flat this place needs to do some real restructuring.

“My family and I had a very disappointing experience with Ryan, a so called manager at Chipotle. His disrespectful attitude and complete lack of customer service were shocking. When we asked for his name, he refused and said he didn’t have to tell us. The interaction was so unpleasant that we felt compelled to ask for a refund of nearly $58. We expected much better treatment and left feeling extremely dissatisfied.” Chipotle is now on “TIME OUT” East Rutherford on Rt 17
