For example if you are lactose intolerant, no way to say no cheese in your quesedia when ordering online. .Remember Chipotle has faced so many E coli incidents and is notorious for lack of hygeine. This particular franchise needs to really shut down . It will be a good thing for the neighborhood to have a local healthier food joint.

Always check your receipt here! They keep trying to overcharge me for steak when I only ever order chicken. Even though I only go at off-peak times, it's happened to me 3 times in the past year alone. The register doesn't show you the item name, only the total, so it's not clear it's wrong til after you've paid and gotten the receipt.
This time, the cashier apparently entered my order wrong way in advance, as my burrito wasn't even wrapped yet when she rang it up as steak. No one was in line ahead of me the entire time, so it's not like it was confused with someone else's order. Completely unacceptable to have this happen over and over again.

If i can give this place zero stars i would. Their was this employee with glasses today at 9pm with such attitude with her coworkers and customers. She was throwing the food and the bowls and didn’t give good portions. She was very rude and unprofessional. She didn’t even close my bowl correctly and left some lettuce hanging. She would roll her eyes and acted like she didn’t wanna be there.

Every time I come here this place they never have their complete menu. It’s always we don’t have this or we don’t have that and instead of trying to make sure the customer is taking care of they’re just like we don’t have it so that’s it. I will never come here again simple as that avoid this restaurant like the plague. This place Hires 20 something-year-olds They don’t care they can’t even replace utensils in the utensil holders. They don’t even place sodas when they’re flat this place needs to do some real restructuring.
