Dunkin'

This Dunkin’ Donuts charge one dollar for the bags and has an attitude with it. I ordered three orders of the dunkings basket. It comes with a bacon egg and cheese, hashbrowns the little ones and a coffee and they wanna charge me a dollar extra for one bag

Worst dunkin i have ever been to. I asked this worker for loaded hash browns and i get my order finding out that he gave me regular hash browns. I told him i ordered loaded hash browns and proceeds to say that i did not order that. I keep telling him i said loaded hash browns then he starts to make it and when i got it i was furious. I opened my bag to see that he used the same hash browns and just poured a little drizzle of cheese on them without the bacon. Never ordering here again.

Worst worker.there was only one worker.Since it was free Dunkin donut coffee on Mondays in October we wanted to get one but the worker didn't understand us and wouldn't let us get it.he was saying he didn't know and that we had to pay.TERRIBLE! THEY HAD NOTHING THERE NO FLAVORS OR PUMPKIN SPICE .I recommend not to goThe bjs there is awesome but the Dunkin donuts.

I’m very upset. I just order 3 hash browns and they served only 5 units in each order. I think the person there is new, or they have been doing this without people realizing. Really surprised and disappointed when I went to this location and asked for a cup of ice in addition to the drink ordered, I was advised it would cost $.50 for this. The Dunkin location in Rutherford and the Starbucks locations in East Rutherford and Secaucus have never charged for ice in addition to an order placed. Definitely changed my view of this location. Used to really love the convenience of this location but perhaps a little more effort for better service is required.\ \ Convenient location and great service at this location in the BJs in East Rutherford. Always look forward visiting when running errands.

They need to put one more person here . Waiting time is so long.

Worst management ever. The manager is never there when needed and they always have this one girl working on her own at night whenever I come in for my coffee. More employees definitely needed and better mangers needed with better behavior.

This was the most horrific experience from Dunkin Donuts, I've ever encountered. On my way to work I stopped by this Dunkin' Donuts. The guy at the window was sick. He was cough & sneezing inside of his hands. When I asked him to wash his hands prior to making my order he refused. He made me go to the front of the store & lied & someone would bring my bagel to me. He is disgusting. He refused to give me a receipt.
