The food was pretty good the location was hard to find even in the mall using the kiosks it would direct you to the wrong part of American Dream Mall to get there. The fountain drinks were out of certain selections. But there were bathrooms inside the restaurant which was a nice touch.

Great example of a 5 guys experience.
Burgers are cooked well, not greasy and ordering through the kiosk is a breeze.
They constantly clean and wipe tables down.
Food comes fast and they are excellent at delivering the burger exactly as ordered.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE , EMPLOYEE NAME:(ASHLEY.L) I went in there to order a burger with no cheese she kept misunderstanding me even though I was clear about what I wanted maybe listen better , instead of asking me to repeat what I want she roller her eyes instead and sucked her teeth at me that’s highly disrespectful.Looking through the reviews I can tell this isn’t the first time your employees have given rude expressions fix this please.Stay humble and flip those burgers 💔🥀 the fries were disgusting oily and soggy too.

No customer service, ordered 30 minutes ago and they supposedly gave my order to someone else saying they called out my number but how are we suppose to hear anything with hear anything with loud country music playing.

Food prices are a bit higher than other Five Guys, example cheese burger was $12.05, other Five Guys cheese burger $11.39.
