Too much people, mistake in order (actually 3 mistakes in order, I ordered double layered hamburger, gives me 1 layered hamburger, ordered bbq sauce, no bbq at ALL, and no lettuce in all of burgers when I ordered for it), not clean, but food was nice.

Typical Five Guys - this one is located in the American Dream mall.Five Guys' burgers and fries are always usually pretty good. The prices ae what they are, so there is no surprises. You order the drink sizes and then fill your cup with the selection on the self serve kiosks. That area wasn't as sticky and messy as it usually is when customers are allowed to do that themselves - but maybe it was just early.The fries weren't the best. Unsure what the difference was, but they didn't taste as good as they usually do (which is why there is one less star) - not terrible, but not as good as usual. The burgers were fine.The cashier was very friendly.You order, pay, and then wait for your number to be called - same as all locations. For a mall location, this was decently spacious. And they needed that space too, because by the time we left it was a lot more crowded than when we entered.There was plenty of seating options, but not everywhere was clean from the patrons before. I didn't see anyone cleaning the tables at the time I was there, so perhaps they were a little short that day. There were some booths and some tables, so whichever your preference is as you have both to choose from.In a mall with plenty of eateries already, this is just one more option. If you know Five Guys, you know what to expect here.

That soda was absolutely flat and The cashier was rude and there was water in my soda my daughters grill cheese was soggy my burger meat was uncooked and I got salmonella the fries were cold there was a booger on my burger and no where was clean and an employee was ignoring me while on the phone the chair broke when I sat on it and the bathroom had pee on the floor after an employee came out I told them all this and they told me to get out.

Another restaurant to choose from within this shopping mall. Place is good and worth a visit. Standard of service is the same as most of this type of establishment in the USA.

The place is dirty, but always has someone cleaning. The sodas were flat, some kid puked and no one cleaned it up for 10 minutes. Also got some type of food poisoning from the place, I believe there was too many germs going around.
