I’m extremely disappointed with this restaurant. During my visit, I saw a live rat running around the kitchen area, right near the hibachi grill — completely unacceptable for any food establishment. I even recorded a video on my phone as proof.

When I reported it to the staff, they quietly said my dinner was “on the house” but refused to give me a receipt. At the time, I didn’t think much of it, but when I returned last month, nothing had improved — the place still felt unhygienic, and the service was poor.

For a restaurant of this reputation, I expected much higher standards of cleanliness and professionalism. This kind of environment poses serious health and safety concerns for customers. I’m posting this review because it’s time the issue is addressed publicly and proper action is taken to maintain hygiene and food safety.

Foo was gross for coming in for opening nothing was hot and the cold stuff was warm. It’s just a money grab $35 to eat nothing. The waitress was oissed we didn’t tip more than we usually do but literally she brought us 2 sodas and talked her co worker for 20 minutes of us being there. I’m honestly not surprised

When this place first opened up the food was amazing not sure what happened what made me stop going was seeing the unsupervised children not use tongs for food was literally putting hands on everything 😳 and the waiter demands a tip before you leave. you have to wave them down for refills on the drinks. I won't be going back again this is based off my experience. Hope this helps 🤷‍♀️

Wow. I was seated and decided to use restroom before eating. As I approached the restroom in the corridor a rat ran across the floor. This is in the middle of the day. Nothing else needs to be said.

I just got yelled at for giving a five dollar tip, when 15% was 6 dollars. Unless you want to get publicly humiliated for not giving 15-21% tip, find another place.
