If I could give zero stars I would. First of everyone is going for on their phone. The cashier was texting while waiting for a customer. The guy who was making the pizza was on FaceTime with his girlfriend talking all very the pizza. The same cashier gave me my pizza still cold even after she left it I. The oven for less than a minute. I brought it back and she gave me another STILL cold. Horrible pizza and the service was worse. Do better.

Awful even for typical below average mall pizza joints. Guy working the front is lost. Had to request a fresh slice multiple times when a new pie came out in front of me while the guy kept insisting on giving a cold slice saying “same thing”. Don’t see this business lasting. One of the only places at the mall on a busy day without a line.

Horrible customer service. My change was $9.49. They gave me $9.45 then was mad at me that i asked for my four cents! Then they gave me pepperoni pizza instead of buffalo chicken and Im Muslim, theres no way i ordered pepperoni! They gave me the right one but was still upset about the four cents so did not say sorry for their mistake, no -thanks for your business, nothing. And the owner stood by and didnt apologize either. I hate when people dont gove basic courtesy or when they act like its an inconvenience to make the experience right. I would never go there again. So sick of businesses who dont value their customers enough for basic common courtesy!
