Shea is absolute AMAZING! He is friendly not overwhelming gives you that amount of attention you need … it’s like he reads energy. He had no problem delivering your food and drinks to your liking within his abilities … best experience we have had in the mall over the last two days … Thanks Shea ❤️

Do not eat here! I went over the weekend with my husband. I got ribs and they were cooked soo over done to the point that when I bit into it the bone disintegrated in my mouth. I had to spit it out; told the waitress she went on to say this never happens I can get you a new one I said no she said let me know if I wanted anything else but at that point I did not because I was so grossed out. No one came over to officially apologize I would have thought a manager or the chef but none. She did take it off the bill my husband said which was a good thing, his pulled pork sandwich wasn’t good either. We also got the Mac and cheese and the corn bread which both were gross too the corn bread was so dry and not even sweet it had no taste. The Mac and cheese badly needed salt and also tasted weird so imagine how a Mac salad taste like with peppers, mayo onions ect.. right well it tasted like that but with cheese in it and very bland at that so that was weird. Honestly the only thing that tasted good was the two different BBQ sauces they had to offer. We will never return back to here ever again. So I would like to warn anyone or families that go here!

The waitstaff was very nice and I give them kudos! The PROBLEM was the actual food. I am not one to post if my food was ehh, but listen to the reviews about the food being DRY!!we ordered the combo ribs, sausage brisket and chicken. We LOVE ribs and everything BBQ, but the ribs were so dry my sister commented that she couldn’t tell where the meat ended and the bone began. I have never had sausage crumble apart when you cut it, it was so dry! Again, waitstaff was awesome, but it’s not worth it! I tried to tell one of the staff and they just apologized, and I understand it’s not their fault, so I can’t blame them.

Been here multiple times with family /coworkers alike. Each time the service and food has been amazing. Appetizers like the nachos n wings are something we always get. The burger and the chicken wrap are also delicious. Each time we have gone, service is always nice and very helpful with recommendations (Shea and Sam are awesome!!!). They also have a lot of deals during the week with their alcoholic menu (that's is always a plus for me!) Honestly would totally recommend!

What a very cool place to enjoy a meal! TVs are everywhere so there is plenty to see for everyone’s choices. Our server was very pleasant, accommodating and attentive. This was our first visit here. I enjoyed a Que Burger ($17.95) I ordered it medium with all the ingredients on the menu except the pickled onions. The burger was cooked exactly as I ordered it. I have to say the burger was beyond juicy and delicious. The queso and special sauce truly complimented my burger. I upgraded my fries to Curley Fries ($1.25 upcharge) on a separate plate. The Curley Fries arrived hot and crispy. Well worth the upcharge. I pared my meal with a Kona Big Wave. This also complimented my meal in a very good way. My dining companion enjoyed the HOQ Chicken ($16.95). His meal also arrived exactly as he had ordered it. It was tasty and juicy with very good flavor. His fries were crispy and hot. He pared his meal with a Diet Coke with minimal ice. It had minimal ice! So many times servers fill your glass full of ice even when you ask for minimal or no ice. Thankfully this didn’t happen here. We enjoyed our meals, conversations and our visit to House of Que. A great find! We will be back!

Honestly, the service and the food was horrible. Hands down the worse food experience of my life. And 4 days later my husband is having to deal with $500 in charges on his card because the server was rushing, non-engaging and kept charging us. She insisted his card kept declining as we ensured her the funds were there. My family and I are extremely disappointed and will never dine here again… Just for reference, we ordered 1lb of pork ribs. Corn bread, mac and cheese, brisket chili, deviled eggs, curly fries, kids hot dog meal and kids chicken tender meal. As an appetizer we had the wings. Even our children could not eat their food… absolutely not worth the time or money.

Had the Pitmaster’s Pick - 1 lb of brisket, 4 ribs, 4 sausages & 1/2 smoked chicken choice of (4) medium or (2) large sides, this serves 4 and priced fair for BBQ.The brisket was so tender and flavorful. Chicken was a bit dry for my liking. The sausage was okay. For the sides, we had the cornbread pudding and it was so good. Mac n Cheese was on point too. The server was extremely helpful with giving us information on what was good to get. Drinks packed with good liquor!

This has been the best experience of our lives. The food was so good! If you are a foodie, you will appreciate how well this food was prepared. Christian was our server and ironically, my fiancé's name is Christian as well as another customer sitting near us. The customer and his significant other were also Flyers fans too! Everything from walking in until we walked out was amazing. No complaints and no constructive criticism needed! The server did more than his fair share of making sure we had the best experience! Thank you!

Way overpriced for what you get -everything is al la carte. Order a pulled BBQ sandwich for $15, with fries - add another $6. For an expensive meal - flimsy plastic cups and plastic plates did not go w/the vibe. I get wanting to channel a laid back, country feel - but it felt cheap and overpriced. The music was so loud, for a restaurant, it was louder than being in a club. You had a to scream at the person across to have a conversation. We had to leave early - there are so many better options at American Dream

The food was tasty and the service was top notch. Christian was our waiter. He had great recommendations and brought us samples of sides we were sure about. we loved the corn pudding!! Friday night has extended happy hours and cheap margaritas. Highly recommend.

Too much $ for too little. The pictures if the food look a lot better than what you get served. All are served on cheap containers. Sides are extra $ and small portion ( fries) my pulled pork sandwich had a few pickles, a tad bit of slaw, and honestly was the size of a slider. The bar seems very good, but a place called'que' needs to sell good bbq. Sad, because I had not been to American Dream in a long time.
