Carlos is the greatest of all working at illy caffe in the American dream mall. Takes really good care of his customers, fully focuses on each of his customers, listens to them very attentively & then provides the best of his services according to the customer’s demands. Not only excellent & honest with his job but has above human qualities as well. Very helpful & emphathetic. May Allah SWT bless him always. Amen. Illy Caffe you need more people like Carlos.

Service was good. They offered a taste of two different gelato flavors when I couldn't decide between pistachio and tiramisu. I decided on the tiramisu flavor. It was ok. It was a kiosk type setup in American Dream, so not much ambiance. But, there were a few tables with chairs to sit nearby

Google says it closes at 10 but they wouldn't serve us at 9:30. Employee said that it says 10 but they are the workers and they are not working. I asked for manager info to let them know to update Google, but they refused.

I ordered red eye the give me chai latte and I tell them what did I ordered they said they call this red eye and give me dirty face, if you don’t know how to make coffee,please go back to do more training and do your job better. At the end I got a Americano.

After a very busy day I just wanted to have some ice cream. The person working there didn’t seem too happy. I asked for coconut passion fruit and he gave me chocolate passion fruit. When I told him he give me the wrong flavor he took the ice cream out of my hand very rudely and throw the ice cream into the garbage very upset. I asked him why he need it to be so rude and he just keep giving me dirty looks. Maybe if he didn’t have his EarPods on he could of have hear the correct order.
Convenient and ideally situated in middle of food court. Decent selection of pastries & sweets. Cappuccino came out smooth & flavorful. illy really knows their coffee and I prefer this over many other top franchises. The peach pastry was delicious and I couldn’t get enough of it. Each bite made you wanting more. Nice spot to rest after all the shopping
