A quite disappointing experience. I had 1 customer ahead of me at the location. I asked for the original Italian on regular wheat bread and the lady was fairly polite to start me off. The biggest miss was there were no customers only myself and 1 other and 3 staff that made mistakes as I moved along the line. I asked for extra cheese 3x to emphasize I wanted extra cheese and that did not happen. The cheese is also sliced razor thin at this location vs others I have visited. Thereβs already barely enough cheese on a sandwich this should not be their way to save on food cost and make the customer pay with poor qty/quality. Next, I told the sandwich dresser Mikeβs way with extra juices, mayo, banana peppers and jalapeΓ±os. I did not receive any mayo, he asked me what I meant by extra juices(perhaps poor training) as well only 2-3 banana peppers/jalapenos on the sandwich. It was very disappointing to have half of the sandwich you ask for with non smiling/greeting staff at an already slow period at the location. I get it, things happen and we all have days although at least make the sandwich per request.

Don't go here at lunch time they had too many mobile orders front staff first overcharged me for the wrong sandwich then when I said something they supposedly gave me the right sandwich but it was wrong had ham and bacon on it AND I DONT EAT PORK SMH NO LUNCH FOR ME

This specific location is constantly lacking menu items such as rosemary bread and bacon . If it was a one off would not have written a review. But. Absolutely making sure to only stop by the Secaucus location for pick up.
Today I visited this location at lunch time. We all know how that can sometimes go during peak hours. Not this place.
1. The team is totally in sync & super nice. 2. They are fast & efficient with getting your order done. 3. The person dressing your order keeps their entire area IMMACULATE. Iβve noticed other locations get sloppy in this area, not here!! 4. The tables and dine-in area are CLEAN.

I came here and Kevin, the guy making the sandwich, Jaury, the grill guy, and Jeremiah the expo guy were all exceptionally great with service, Kindness and professionalism. Everything was done meticulously and carefully and they made my friend and I feel welcome. We will definitely return and this might be the best JM in this area, also my girls sandwich was made first and they They brought it out to me when it was done. I am so thankful for this team
