I came here and Kevin, the guy making the sandwich, Jaury, the grill guy, and Jeremiah the expo guy were all exceptionally great with service, Kindness and professionalism. Everything was done meticulously and carefully and they made my friend and I feel welcome. We will definitely return and this might be the best JM in this area, also my girls sandwich was made first and they They brought it out to me when it was done. When I reached out to place the order, Joe, the owner, personally handled my request. I must say, his service exceeded all expectations! Not only was the food great, with every special detail taken care of flawlessly for our group of 20, but Joe also went the extra mile by including a thoughtful gift along with a personalized note for my retiring colleague. i just went in for my usual chicken chipotle cheesesteak light vegetables and mayo and the worker there, her name was Vee i think she said i couldn’t rly hear, was literally so sweet she was poking fun w me and my friend, joked around idk she was just such good vibes she asked our names before we left and called me “matt light on everything” she was just so sweet 10/10 loved her she’s amazing and she made my sandwich PERFECT best jersey mikes i’ve ever had ugh thanks vee

I had a coupon for a free regular sub, thanks to T-Mobile Tuesday so we finally decided to redeem it for a philly cheesesteak. Hubby and both had the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak. He added a note to his to add chipotle mayo, and they did. I was a little surprised because usually, these notes in the notes section go ignored. The sandwich was good but it was much better with the chipotle mayo. I wasn't expecting much but I was pretty impressed by this philly and shocked at how much I enjoyed it. It was better than most pizza places that serve phillies, where the meat is dry and the bread is hard or chewy. This philly was legit, even for a chain.I still haven't found my go-to philly spot since moving to the area but I actually think Jersey Mike's might be a good contender.

4 consecutive orders, 4 disappointing results, let the first two go complained about the third and fourth time with absolutely nothing but aggravation and no refunds...
What an awful sandwich. Didn’t even taste like Jersey Mikes, but I guess what can you expect from a hyper-inflated franchise.Packed horrendously. Opened my #26 and got a lap full of grill grease and chicken falling out of the sandwich.Not worth spending the money. Won’t be going back here or to any Jersey Mikes.

Food is fine, but the address is messed up. It says 50 NJ 17 in Rutherford which is also the address of a BP station up 3/4 away. So when I took my group there with a bus only to discover this I had to go a few miles out of the way to loop around to get here. Someone needs to look into this because these places can't have the same address like this.
