Dont believe the hype. Chicken tasted regular. Skin was crunchy so that was good. The gravy tastes like regular gravy like the one tgey well ar walmert. Fies were ok bc they were soggy and the spaguetti was bland with sauce and sausages m.

It was a mid level experience. The chicken was good the rice was bad. The staff was in the stars . Don't ask why the one sign says, 12.99-2 Piece, 1 side and a drink ... The other says same offer, same price, but with a pie.. ask them what the difference is and blank stares. Ok I didn't get a pie with mine ? No biggie. It was just ok. They handed me a table buzzer in an empty line. I stood by counter, 2 steps from ordering and waited. My thing buzzed, and handed it to the person got my food. Ok no biggie. I don't know, I guess the hype got the best of me and I was expecting something amazing. It was fast food chicken . No one to blame. It's just what it was and is. I guess Id eat it again. If I was craving fast food chicken. Popeyes is better cause it doesn't have that fast food chicken slime.

This is my first and time trying jollie bees I was so excited to try this. My chicken was cold and and my fries and when I asked them to give me fresh food I only got fresh fries. I would never eat here again.
Disgusting behavior. Chatting in front of the food with out face mask 🤮. The line is long and the 2 ladies just chatting the whole time. And the guy doing the cashier is also the one making the smoothie and preparing the food. As a Filipino I’m disappointed. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

We visited dreams mall today from Long Island. Since my kids wanted Jollibee, we decided to take home food for dinner. I ordered the 10 pcs bucket and family style palabok. During the car ride home, my son made a comment “ why the chicken smell like that”. When we got home we realized what my son said earlier. The chicken smelled like dirty oil and it tasted like it was cooked from over used grease. My son did not even eat along with my daughter because of the bad odor smell from the chicken. I have gone to Jollibee so many times and it this is the worst thing I’ve ever had. Horrible and this location is ruining the brand.

Food was disgusting, chicken was drenched in oil and falling apart as if it was cooked with the wrong temperature. The soda machine was flat and the staff member who handed me my order was super rude when I asked for ketchup, he literally threw it in my bag.
