The food was so good. The service was awesome, and I really enjoyed the music that was playing. I went for my birthday and the staff made me feel so special.
Thank you!

Very disappointing Friday night spent here. I came on a Friday night to a pretty empty restaurant, yet all patrons were packed together in the center.
The food did not meet the expectations created by other reviews. We ordered, "Famous" Devilled Eggs, Corn bread, Ceviche, Rollerskate Ribs, and a side of Brussel sprouts. The Devilled eggs were ice cold, dry, and the only flavor to them was some poor excuse of a hot sauce. The cornbread was this dry and rock hard disc, better used as a paperweight. Ribs were no better, rock hard and dry, did not fall off the bone. Ceviche was edible, but nothing compared to other ceviche. JARANA next door serves far superior ceviche. I have a theory that none of this food is made fresh... with the consistency of it all. It almost seems precooked and heated upon ordering. There's a kitchen in the outdoor area, but you see no cooking whatsoever. The only reason, I gave this place an additional star, is for the Brussel sprouts. That was actually delicious, and made the meal just a tiny bit enjoyable. Unfortunately, it was the one item I have no pictures for as it came out last, and I didn't expect much.

Updated from a 1 to 3 star:
My friend was able to finally get reimbursed and did not have to pay for her meal after I got in contact with the general manager David last night. Thank you David!
I went here with my friends for my birthday on Saturday, October 26th, and my friend was over charged on her card and management has been avoidant in refunding her money. Additionally, the server was making mistakes and the onions that were supposed to be included with the Krabby Patty meals were not there leaving the burgers dry. My steak was good and cooked like I asked. When I mentioned to the server it was my birthday, she did not seem to really care and they did not sing for my birthday like they did for another table. I will not be coming back here due to the lack of care and support from management and their waitresses.

High prices for mediocre food and service. Sure, everywhere might be understaffed right now but at least cheap diners have good food and kind service compared to here.

$26 for pretty much a happy meal, great atmosphere, the bartender wasn’t on duty so we couldn’t get mixed drinks, the burger was a smash burger only so no special requests for doneness. It really wasn’t horrible but to avoid the bs just go somewhere else

Went Friday 9/20. It was pretty empty which I was shocked considering it was a Friday night. Had high expectations considering the name on the restaurant and prices from the online menu. Waitress was nice and attentive but did not offer to take our drink order which was odd. Only offered water for the table. Menu did not list any regular beverages so had no idea what they offered besides water, mocktails and alcohol. My husband and I ordered the chicken and waffle and the shrimp pasta dishes. Both were subpar, chicken was bland , the flavors of the shrimp dish just weren’t good. My sister got the pizza, that also was not great. Edible but lacked flavor. My brother in law got the smashed burger … again nothing special. Similar to a burger you can get anywhere but instead paid $20 + for it. None of us finished our dishes and for the price we paid for them I expected to keep wanting to come back for more and all I wanted was to go somewhere else to eat. Decided to try the dessert menu. I ordered the raspberry cheesecake brule , it tasted freezer burned, had it not been for that it could have been delicious. My husband got the chocolate chip cookie skillet, it was way too rich, too much going on. My sister got the pineapple upside down cake which was basically inedible due to how much sugar was in there, could barely get it down. Overall, for the price you’re paying to eat there to leave disappointed, hungry and with indigestion is absolutely insane to me. Prices should be reconsidered considering quality of the food being presented. Truly I’ve had better meals at Houlihans for less. We wanted to try something new but sadly won’t be returning. The pros were that staff was friendly and prompt and the restaurant was clean.

Stopped by for a light lunch on Thur around 12:30 pm. American Dream website is showing free validated parking when dining during weekdays 12-2 pm at listed restaurants, but when we asked, the server had to get a manager to validate it. David, the manager was being very nice about it. The restaurant’s website shows they have option for an Express Lunch menu, which has limited selection of items but of a better value than the all day menu. The maitre’d didn’t include the lunch menu until we requested it. Food came quick and everything was delicious. The corn bread came with sprinkles of wht looked like sea salt, and the honeyed butter & berries jam that accompanied the corn bread were soooo delish! Brussel sprouts were roasted to a crispy perfection, and drizzle of hot honey and pickled onions on it were just awesome. Truffle fries was fried perfectly crisp and hot, always a comfort munch. We chose brown sugar sauce for the wings, again the wings were fried to a perfect crisp. Some people might prefer their wings juicier like how they do in many other wing places, but i prefer my wings crispy, so this was very much to my liking. We ended up dipping the fries in the wing sauce coz it’s that good! Sweet with a mild tang and kick.. just yummy! The house made blue cheese dip was so thick and decadent, i could eat it with a spoon. Overall for the lunch menu, i’d say it’s a very good value. Might come back to try their entrees next time. Ambiance is fine, brightly lit and server is attentive. He asked if we’d like some water in addition to our drink order and left an entire bottle of ice cold water for our table, which I really appreciate. Wobbly table is a thing though, i read about it on the other reviews and our table was wobbly too, although the server said the previous table we were seated at had an even wobblier table, and ours wasnt as bad. I find it hillarious that they knew abt the wobbly tables and it’s still not fixed? Can’t even squeeze something underneath the table feet to stop the wobble? ? It’s certainly not a deal breaker issue. All Nighter mocktail was refreshing. Good experience all around.
Parking: Parking lot A would be closest to where the restaurant is. Check the mall website for any free parking promotion that have restaurants or businesses validate your parking ticket.
Kid-friendliness: They do have kids menu option.

Shrimp and grits and the chicken waffles are both delish! Among the juiciest fried chicken I’ve had. I also love the fact that the owner support local artists by displaying their work as part of the restaurant interior design. The ambient noise could be a bit annoying considering it’s in a mall and there are music from other businesses all blended together. Overall great dining experience.

The service was very good. Our appetizers were ok but the calamari dish needs to have more calamari and fewer peppers. As for the entrees, my wife said her shrimp and grits lacked flavor, she hardly ate any of it. I enjoyed my chicken and waffles. The raspberry cheesecake brûlée looked like imitation yogurt was the main ingredient. You're better off going to Marcus' higher end restaurants such as Red Rooster.
It took 30 minutes for the waitress to first take our order. My drink arrived almost at the end of the meal and after 3 requests to bring it. Various waiters brought food to all patrons and didn't know to which table the orders belonged. Very disorganized service. The food was very underwhelming considering the world class chef associates with the restaurant. Very disappointing experience.
The deviled eggs were the best ones I’ve ever had ! The food all had great flavors, even the strawberry mojito tasted great but could have been a bit stronger. I definitely will be back. The only one negative thing is my table was uneven and kept moving while I was trying to cut my food.
