Was super excited to have their brownie since it’s delicious and I haven’t had for a while. Came on a Sunday at 6:36 pm and they were ‘closed’ but the mall hours state they’re open until 8pm. Management needs to know about the staff refusing to serve during open hours.

Very disappointed in this place. The menu only has 5 milkshake flavors, but they were out of 1 flavor. Theres no ice cream sandwiches available, and no brownie sundaes. The decorations are lacking, and only 1 kind of oreo is available to buy, which is the Selena Gomez oreos. More candy related (the statues are from nerds, , sweedish fish, bazooka and some cereal) than oreo related.

The first one is the best one I’ve seen in a few years but I think it
Extremely disappointing and dejecting.
Went there because they have (HAD) gluten free Oreo milkshakes. Got there (after 45 min of driving) to find the person behind the counter who said in a deadpan that they no longer have that. Really Oreo?? Not only do you not have the same flavors in both gluten and gluten free, but now you’re excluding a population who can’t enjoy your treats? The worker didn’t offer anything other than a barely living response. No reason to return.

Been excited to come visit the Oreo Cafe but a bit disappointed to find out basically everything has been removed from the menu besides ice cream and milkshakes. Service was good, white chocolate oreo and birthday cake milkshake was good!

I expected more choices or at least to buy individual flavors not to offer the whole package. It is twice more expensive than the grocery store for the same package of Oreo cookies.

Don’t go here. I thought they had good desserts but they don’t, and the customer service was barely there. I asked for ice cream and the cashier could hardly tell me they had any. When I asked for toppings, he said they didn’t have any, but it just felt like he didn’t want to work. I thought maybe it was because they were about to close, but it was only around 7pm. It really seemed like they didn’t want to be there at all. Not a good experience.

It took 10+ minutes for a basic Oreo shake that was 98% milk, the place wasn’t even busy for it to take that long. Also, the Oreo ice cream was rock hard.

When I first got there the place wasn’t that busy but it’s because the machine wasn’t working. The guy there wasn’t too nice but I didn’t care. I came back a hour later and it had been fixed. I got the birthday Oreo shake and it was really good. I am a big Oreo fan so when I saw the store I was really excited. I would definitely go back and try more items on their menu. The store itself was really cool and nice with all its different items and the decorations they had for the Oreo. Would be a 5 but hopefully next time I come to New Jersey it can.

You got rid of the gluten free oreo option! I have a gluten allergy and was really looking forward to getting a shake cause I've gotten them in the past :'( Really disappointing to find out.
