The food was pretty good and the place was clean, which we appreciated. However, the overall experience still left something to be desired. Our appetizer came after the main dishes, which disrupted the meal. The floor was slippery, and the staff seemed disengaged and unenthusiastic. While the restaurant is tidy and the food has potential, the way the experience is managed could really use improvement.

Food was very good. Bun Bo Hue taste very good 8/10 but not exactly like home yet, still pretty moderate. Maybe because it’s in the USA so the ingredients can only just make like that. The Com Tam was so delicious 10/10. Love it. Make me love America more. Will come here.

WARNING! Don’t come here! They will robe you!! This restaurant automatically adds an 18% gratuity to your bill, and they may ask for even more — despite providing no service! The servers have a condescending attitude. We sat for 10 minutes without anyone offering even a glass of water. The beef was disappointing — tough, chewy, and with an unpleasant texture and flavor. Never will go again.

We came as three customers split into two checks. Where are the other three people? Where is the 'group'? Why are you adding gratuity before I have a chance to offer it myself? This isn’t right.
I crossed out the gratuity since you provided no service and your auto-applied gratuity. But you still charged me $63.

Just right now I called for a pickup order, I always be kind and ask nicely about my order and to please ( Make sure I don’t miss any ingredients on my order ) it’s the same thing every time, I like to give people opportunities to make it better next time but today I got tire!!! I don’t like to open my order in front of the restaurant but this just doesn’t make sense! Do a better job
