I like the customizability of their Make-Your-Own pho, which allowed my husband to choose up to three toppings, along with the option to add extra protein, broth, or noodles for an extra charge. It's a nice idea and perhaps works well if you know exactly what to get. His choice of brisket turned out to be a small serving of meat pieces that were mostly fat and gristle.
He preferred my chicken pho, which had hearty pieces of tender chicken breast. I opted for the optional steamed veggies, which were a steeply priced add-on at $5 but I really enjoyed the variety - broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and even some large blocks of fried tofu.
We also ordered the chả giò, or the pork roll appetizer. This suffered from the delivery and was unfortunately mushy by the time it got to us, but I apprceciated the impressive amount of meaty filling on the inside. I imagine this would be fantastic if enjoyed hot from the kitchen for a dine-in meal.

I’m going to change this review to 5-stars because I order from them all the time and the pho is amazing but they keep forgetting to include utensils in my uber eats orders even though I make sure to check “include utensils.” I really hate going on a hunt for utensils while I’m hungry

We are from out of town and our friend recommended this restaurant. Our party of 10 really enjoyed the food last night. We had phở, bún bò Huế, phở gà, and they were all very good. The broth was savory and you can tastes that it was from the bone. The meat was tender and fresh. The service was nice, the server came back often to check on us.

While i use to come here quite often, i honestly must say that quality of both pho and service are going down the hill pretty quickly and it's a real shame. As of 2025 I wanted to stop by here to see if there was an improvement. It is incredibly sad to realize that is getting even worse. It's Sunday at 130 pm , the restaurant is not even full. I've been sitting here 10 minutes waiting for someone to look at my direction to ask for the check. Table in front of me was full of plates from past customers when I got here and is still untouched. Aside from the service, also pho is not up to par with the rest of the Vietnamese restaurants in the area. Yeah, it's a no future stops for me 😔

I had lunch here today for the first time, and the experience was extremely disappointing. My pho had a hair in it, which was upsetting enough, but it got worse. I also ordered summer rolls to take home, and when I went to eat them later, I discovered bugs four small mites inside the rolls.This was unacceptable and honestly very disturbing. This will be my first and last time eating from here.

Staff isn’t friendly at all. No smiles and they don’t check on you. Music vibe is way off. They don’t give a lot of the Protein. Broth isn’t very flavorful. Place is filthy. Needs a good cleaning.
Delicious food and great service! We came with a large group and they were very accommodating and attentive. Food came out quick and was really tasty!

Bun bo hue was BOMB. Flavorful. Spicy. AUGH so delicious! It hit my craving! Only thing I wanted was the pork blood, which they didn’t put into the soup 😭😭😭 but their pho was so so yummy! And the bahn mi… maybe a little more crispy bread. But overall, delicious!!!!!! Thank you!

My favorite place to come! The staff is always friendly, and the food is prepared quickly. My go-to order is the mixed bowl — it’s packed with flavorful beef, shrimp, egg roll, rice, and veggies. The strawberry smoothie with tapioca is also delicious! If you like a little heat, definitely ask for the chili oil. Overall, this is my favorite spot to come back to again and again.
