My son has food allergies and as soon as we started inquiring about ingredients, the associate called for their designated allergy handler. Before we even got into his specific allergies, she wiped down the prep area, changed her gloves and showed us their allergy binder. She prepped everything right in front of us and chose ingredients from under the counter as to avoid cross contamination. Bravo, Jiya! When casually talking with the owner, he mentioned having friends with food allergies so he definitely understood the severity of being diligent with prep. We were so impressed by the process, we ate here twice on our trip. And yes - the pizza was quite delicious!

We love &pizza, but every time we have come to this place, they have misplaced our order 3 times in a row. I’m gluten intolerant and they gave me gluten pizza which I cannot even have. Money wasted and they said it’s your problem. I mean if something happened to me if I wasn’t careful, who would have been responsible!!!? Now, we ordered to pick up, they gave our order to some random guy and said I have given it to you. And then kept arguing with us, didn’t call the manager. In the end, he made it so badly when manager said to him that he should make another one. I’m sorry to say I will never come back to this place ever again!! Change your staff please who says sorry instead of fighting over a mistake they committed.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! Person behind counter was absolutely ill equipped to work … was on a personal cell call , didn’t say hello , didn’t change his gloves after hanging up personal phone call, made my sons pizza wrong and when we asked for it to be made correct he said no and if we caused a problem he would call the cops … refused to give us a manager name …. I’m taking this to social media as well.. my son has an allergy and told him he cannot eat it and needs it remade and said he will lose his job if he does that!?!!!? What kind of person do you have representing your store front ??????? I’m absolutely appalled - east Rutherford location … don’t go

I created my own pizza and was allowed to put as many toppings and they all tasted fresh. This place is an upgraded version of blaze pizza. Place was very clean and pizza bake time was not long at all. 5/5 stars for &pizza
