Real Fruit Bubble Tea

This place has the music on super blast! It’s like a night club in there. To top it off the music played is ADULT music and most of the songs are constantly using the F word and talking about love making! This is supposed to be a family friendly mall and this is just disturbing! I only rated 3 stars because the drink was good.

Great taste not sweetest than others places, refreshing juice and low prices. try it.

The customer service is so terrible. I asked her 2 questions and she got very offensive very rude and unprofessional. Never buying from that place again.

my drinks have been sitting for 30 minutes the workers are rude and give attitude. very unprofessional establishment do yourselves a favour and never order from here unless u want to wait forever

Not as rich as I hoped it would be .. still very good. Not too watered down.

The tea tastes like every other boba tea. However when I went into the shop the two employees there didn't even look in my direction and were gossiping the entire time. When my order was ready they didn't even say my order number. I don't expect much but when I'm the only customer in the shop at the very least you can look my direction.

i ordered on the self order machine a caramel machiatto with tapioca pearls.. the drink was a bit bland but that’s whatever..until i realized at the bottom of my drink there were no pearls! they scammed me my 0.75 on a mediocre drink. i suggest ordering in person.

The mango diamond slush became the WATERY diamond slush!! Every time me and my family are at the mall we always get the mango diamond slush before we head home. Or we go to the mall just to get a smoothie here.. I was here
yesterday with my 5 year old ordered 3 smoothies and I see the person making it putting less mango more ice and liquid blend it when it’s done she takes it out mixed it and put more water!!! LIKE WHATT!!! And that is every time this women makes it. I was going to complain and tell her to remake it because it’s not right you spend 30$ or more for a watery drink if we wanted a watery smoothie then I could’ve gotten a water instead but I didn’t because there was a lot of customer waiting and also my partner and my son is waiting in the car ( this is day that we actually went to the mall just for that) but if I had the time I would’ve returned the drink and let her make a new one.

Ordered honeydew slush & mango diamond slush. I’ve had them before, so I’m aware of taste being sweet & flavourful. But we had terrible experience at American dream. It didn’t taste as honeydew and wasn’t sweet either. Mango slush was a disappointed too, it was icy w less mango flavour to it. Love Real Fruit Bubble Tea, so don’t like when they don’t make it right. Wish I could’ve got a refund or remade it

Worth it. The pina colada protein is delicious

First, we ordered online from the app, but they didn’t check online orders, so we waited an extra 10 minutes.
Second, they don’t wear a head cap. We once found hair in a cup.
Third. Why do you keep the faucet open all day and waste clean water?

Update 12/07:
I contacted them many times by email, but the issues were not fixed. They still keep wasting water, not wearing head caps, and the mango quantity is going lower and lower. The mobile app is garbage—online orders are not working at all, points are not earning, and they can’t be spent.

As soon as they opened, they made great bubble tea for a few years - they added a lot of mango and it was very tasty. Now, you'll get at most regular ice with mango flavor. I've been a loyal customer for many years. Now, I have to choose someone else. I don't want to pay that much for regular ice. Want to make money? Make a good product.

And now, you can't even use their trash bin.

I come here every so often, I always see the same girl, Asian girl, kind of red hair, glasses, EXTREMELY pretty. She is the absolute best, she takes customer service to a whole to level of excellence. My experience here is always beyond amazing because she’s always there. She’s always so helpful with answering all of my questions too, as I know almost nothing about managing fresh fruit. Beauty and brains, this girl is an absolute gem! If she’s not the manager, she should be, if she is the manager, she should get a HUGE raise!!!!
