Rosetta Bakery

If you’re at American Dream and need a sweet or savory bite, Rosetta Bakery is a solid stop. The place looks super clean and bright, with a cool open kitchen where you can watch them bake fresh bread and pastries — it’s kind of fun to watch. I grabbed a fruit tart and a bombolone (their Italian donut), and both were fresh, buttery, and not too sweet, which I really like. Their coffee is good, too — rich and smooth, perfect with a pastry.

They’ve got a nice mix of stuff: flaky croissants, tarts, mini desserts, sandwiches, and even pizza, so there’s something whether you want a quick snack or a light meal. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially if you’re not sure what to pick. It can get busy and a little loud near the ice rink, but it’s still a cozy spot to sit and chill for a bit. Totally worth a visit if you’re in the mall and want a tasty, fresh bite.

Rosetta Bakery is hands down my favorite bakery.
I’m absolutely in love with their pistachio croissant and pistachio tart. I get them again and again, and they’re always perfect. But honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything here: both the savory and sweet pastries are incredible. The coffee is delicious too, which makes the whole experience even better.

If you try Rosetta Bakery even once, you’ll most likely become a regular. I know I did.

Everything about this place was absolutely wonderful. The desserts were fresh and delicious, the pizza was full of flavor, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. What truly made the experience special was the kindness of the staff — everyone who served us was incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming. You can really feel the care and attention they put into both the food and the service. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

In the kitchen, they are preparing food without wearing any gloves. They were placing the fruit on the pastries with their bare hands. I was very surprised, because they could be sick or haven't washed their hands properly.

The staff was pleasant. They allowed us to sample a beverage that was phenomenal. They also had an abundance of patience while we were contemplating our pastry and espresso-beverage.

Delicious food and exceptional service! When we were seated, our 2-year-old started crying, and the staff immediately came over to comfort him and even brought him some fruit. It was such a small but incredibly thoughtful gesture, and it made my son so happy. Moments like this really set a business apart. Highly recommend!

Pastries were delicious, but the coffee was disappointing. If you’re looking for a strong, flavorful brew, this isn’t the place. The setup looks promising with the espresso machines, but the coffee tasted very watered-down. Not sure what beans they’re using, but it definitely wasn’t bold or rich. Pastries—amazing. Coffee—not so much.

Is an amazing bakery. I was able to watch how their pastry crew made chocolate croissants. The sub was so nice and the food was delicious and fresh. It’s a must if you are in the American dream mall thank you for the pastry man for being so nice to me and my family.

Good pastry, terribly stale black coffee smells like tobacco.
