I ordered a soup through Uber so the store called me to let me know they didn’t have that soup so I told them I wanted the chili soup they sent me something else and when I was eating it it was so spicy. I could barely eat it so I tried to call the store and nobody picks up. I called several times and nobody picks up the phone kind of disappointed because I always order from here. Whatever spicy soup you have it is way too spicy.

This place always makes a mistake on my order. The service is terrible. Today, I received bacon instead of pecans. But I don't eat meat. It's always a problem with them, and it's impossible to talk to anyone directly.

I’m the Brazilian kid who used to work in that worst place ever,this old guy was taking half of my salary to his pocket for more then 3 months and lying it was for “taxes” I have social security and green card but he diceded to pay me by “zelle under the table” which is illegal,so he don’t pay my taxes and government taxes, I was getting paid 800$ for 94 hours working, and him was faking my name I had to clock in as “Muhammad” and my real name on both stores, so I diceded to left and ask about my payment he said “I’m gonna pays what says on your name forget about Muhammad” and say him was gonna call the cops on me for no reason, even the tips that you guys give to us he put in his pocket, giving 20$ tips every 2 weeks! So the advantage is not just on the customers even on us he take advantage!
And I’m not even saying the days that the state closed his stores for inappropriate food!
My salad was delicious and the customer service was top notch.

Received a different sandwich than what I ordered and it was disgusting. Likely a turkey and cheddar panini but I can't be sure. Possibly some type of mayo spread with "turkey" and shredded cheese thrown on top. Again, disgusting. The chicken tortilla soup was good though.

I like their half signature salad and half panini special. Portions are great and it doesn't feel too heavy.

No one answers the phone. I tried calling 7 times and writing an email. Very unprofessional and a poor way to keep customers. I will not be ordering again.

Overpriced, they don’t even bother responding to unhappy customers- it’s a cash grab to give you bread with no meat and send you off. Don’t come here- better off at Panera or something, at least you’ll get a refund there

I placed a order online for 1 bowl 3 sandwiches. They made the bowl wrong and left off the meat and the sandwiches have the smallest pieces of chicken a can of cat food probably has more meat than these sandwiches. Overall not happy for $55 worth of bread and wrong order.

Edit it is now Sept 6th and I still nit heard from the location ot the corporate office.
Usually a great place to go. But didn't appreciate placing an online lunch order and then get to the store and it's closed. Also don't appreciate not getting my refund back and then having to go and buy more lunch for my coworkers

The only thing that I would appreciate more is the restaurant disclosed which salad dressings are dairy free.
Dietary restrictions: I wish that I was told which salad dressings are dairy free. I don’t eat any dairy products.
