This Starbucks inside American Dream is amazing! Considering how busy they are, the staff still takes the time to greet you with a smile and get your order right. Drinks are consistently great, the place is clean, and the vibe is always welcoming. It’s my favorite stop during a busy day at the mall!

Made my drink crazy fast. Tried the new lavender powder. Didn't get the batistas name (taller Asian guy) was very nice. And guaranteed me he added the powder and filled it right up to the top. Very nice. Can't comment on food. Prices $$$$ more than the usual ny starbucks I go to but I Def enjoyed my drink

They were out of many items, and what they weren’t out of they couldn’t make because their blender was broken. Ended ordering a $7 dollar lemonade that I asked them to reduce the sweetness of and they didn’t. Also the server was rude. Fun time!

I’m sorry to say that I received terrible service at this Starbucks location. First of all, I intended to order a baguette sandwich and they barely had anything in stock. They only had three sandwich options to choose from. They did have the one I wanted. Secondly, after I placed my order, they took orders from more people that came after me and thy all got their orders first. I observed how one employee placed ingredients in a blender to make my drink (which was a vanilla bean Frappuccino) and they just left it in the blender and walked away to make several other orders. I had to say something. I wonder how much longer I would have waited if I didn’t say something. Also, my drink had chunks of ice so it was not blended properly. My sandwich was disgusting. It didn’t taste good and it was not put well together. You need a fast and attentive team to work at this location in order to deliver good service. I won’t be returning to this Starbucks location.

Do not go here! We noticed cockroachs on the counter tops by the cash register. The employee literally took a towel and removed it and said it was normal

A child wanted a water and they said we had to purchase something. Unbelievable!
I ordered a cold drink with “LESS ICE” and the drink they made had ice that’s more than half of the cup. It was more than a regular ice amount.
And I kindly asked them if they can make it with less ice and the young guy with beard had such a nasty attitude for no reason. He told me regular ice means full of ice to the lid and less ice is 80% of the cup. That’s not right because when I go to the other locations they never make it like this.
If he understood what’s supposed to be done correctly and made a new one, I wouldn’t leave a bad review. But he was extremely rude and refused to listen. He even showed me the size of the ice cubes and said our ice is bigger. But the size of the ice cube doesn’t matter because he can just put less amount. Nothing made sense.
And I was so nice the whole time and he still gave me an attitude. This is a terrible experience and I’m very disappointed as a loyal customer of Starbucks. Shame on him.
P.S. I went to this store 1/23/2025 at 3:20 pm hopefully the manager will find out his name. He has to be properly trained.
