At first glance, everything looked amazing. The presentation of the food was beautiful, and I was genuinely excited to dig in. Unfortunately, the excitement quickly turned into disappointment. The food lacked any seasoning whatsoever. It was incredibly bland, almost like eating nothing. The birria tacos and birria fries were both extremely underwhelming. In fact, I would’ve preferred to just eat plain fries with ketchup. Even the dipping sauce for the birria had no flavor and tasted like plain oil. Visually, this place sets high expectations, but the taste did not match up at all. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I truly hope the kitchen can revisit their seasoning and flavor profiles, because the presentation deserves better.

The food here is phenomenal, not a lot of places make anything with birria and a lot that do don’t have the best taste, but this place makes fantastic birria tacos and quesadillas. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because a couple of times that I have ordered birria quesadillas for delivery, they forgot the birria broth.

The woman working here has an attitude and is incredibly rude.
100% annoyed. Picked up my food and they didn’t give me two orders. Went back to get my refund and they jerked me again and gave me a bullshit receipt with someone else’s order saying that was my refund receipt. Plus the orders I did receive weren’t good. Rice bland. Birria sauce tasted like cinnamon. Not gonna bother going back again for refund. They can keep it. Lost a future returning customer. Pay attention when you come here.

Was working late until the wee hours and was starving. This place is open late and delivers late. Food was excellent. And I think they season their sour cream or it’s homemade or something because it was one of the highlights. Veggie quesadilla is definitely enough for two meals. Beans were nicely seasoned. Rice, pico and guac was meh. Get the sour cream, it is not normal it was different I really liked it. I would order from them again especially late at night. Delivery driver was nice too, and my bag came stapled.

I had a fantastic experience at Taco Loco for the first time. The owner provided excellent customer service and was extremely professional. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying the tacos and burritos – they were so good! I will definitely be returning for more of the amazing food and great service.
