I dunno. Disappointed. Vanessa’s were never the best dumplings in NYC, but price was always good and quality was solid. Price here is more expensive but tolerable, but the quality is subpar. D minus.

There were mostly families and tourists eating peacefully, and great food options within walking distance on the same level

Asked for pan fried dumplings. I got pan fried dumplings that were made previously and just reheated. They came out in 30 seconds upon ordering. Anyone knows from an authentic dumpling place, pan fried dumplings DO NOT take 30 seconds. The dumplings were soft. They had no flavor. Do not recommend.

Absolutely worst dumplings and even worse service! Not much to say about atmosphere as it is inside a huge mall. The guy served a plate of half coocked dumplings, without any dipping sauce. No one was found there for next 15 mins so we could ask for anything.
This is inside the American Dream so there is a $5 fee to park.
It’s far from the food court. Actually nearer to the Big Snow section of the mall.
I actually took these to go. Maybe because it was insanely hot that day, but they were still warm a couple of hours later lol
Surprisingly these were good. I didn’t need sauce.

Dumplings were alright, drinks and noodles were not good. I ordered the Dam Dan Mein combo, the pork and chives pan fried dumplings, and the yakult drink. The combo came with kimchi but it was more like spicy Cole slaw ?

Well I’m pretty confused about the other reviews. This place tastes nothing like the original location in grand Street. The dumplings are even smaller. They sell kimchi?? It tastes more like Cole slaw. The noodles and the pancakes are good. I guess I made the mistake of ordering dumplings at a dumpling house
